Both our internal accounting team and external consultants interact with the tool on a monthly basis with no major issues reported. While minor issues arise from time to time, customer support is highly responsive and consistently resolves items quickly. Implementation is straightforward, with complexity largely driven by the volume and quality of leases uploaded.
