Al, Henrique, Brooke & Bhreno have all gone above and beyond with our partnership.

They stepped in to help us refine our permisison sets across all departments accessing hubspot. They were instrumental in properly setting up deal pipelines and sub-deal pipelines to create process and streamline reporting and insights acroos our business development/sales team. They have also put in a ton of proactive work to ensure our Hubspot instance is postured for reporting and showcasing revenue and anticipated revenue forecasts/trends givig us the transparency and visibility into how our business is doing now and the future state of the business. What do you like best about Lean Layer?

I love the taskbar; it helps when I have questions and feel like I should know the answer. I love working with Al, but the entire time is extremely responsive, helpful, and thorough. Nothing. The only point of feedback I can say here is that they should not be perceived as an extension of in-house resources. Their team must be properly scoped and bought in before moving to execute on strategic projects. Lean Layer has been partnering with our organization for almost one year, delivering on various strategic revenue operations, marketing operations, and demand generation initiatives. Like many organizations we've been running the business with spreadsheets and we were successful doing it. This year, with the help of Lean Layer, we have real systems and processes in place to help us be wildly successful. They led us through a thoughtful discovery process to ensure they understood the nuances of our business and captured our key business processes so they could enable them in our new system. Now we operate with realtime visibility to the important aspects of our business and it's beautiful.
