# Their Product Feature and pricing didn't fit us well, is there anyone who is using the product feature, if so which industry are you from?

Being a real estate customer, we need robust inventory and price sheet engine. We are still handling this manually.

In real estate typically the price sheet is more complex. It is not just selling price and Qty. For example, every apartment is unique and has a specific price sheet of it own. Price has elements like basic cost, east facing cost, floor rise, car parking etc. In additon to this there will be maintenance chrages and corpus fund.
