I tried a few of the well known lead tools first and kept getting lists that were close but not quite right, with too many bounces. Leadsforge was different. I describe the kind of people I want and it builds the list. The data has been around 95 percent accurate for me, so I'm not wasting sends on wrong or dead contacts. It also sits with the rest of my sending setup, so I'm not moving between tools to build a list and then send it. Downside, the odd contact is out of date and coverage is thinner for niche roles or smaller regions. Nothing unusual for a tool like this. I like that I can start with the type of prospect I have in mind instead of spending a long time figuring out which filters to use. I like how Leadsforge makes chatting with AI easy, helping to nail down the ICP, and allowing us to filter through generated options while still impacting the generated criteria. The tool solves the hassle of manual scraping, combining scraping and lead generation in one place, saving a lot of time. I no longer have to keep someone on a freelance or permanent basis, and the $49 monthly price for generating 2000 contacts is fair. It doesn't cover intention-based criteria such as finding if the prospect is interested in what you have to offer, like checking their job portal to see if they hire specific talent or their announcements on LinkedIn and website. I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the lead database. The engine finds a huge amount of leads, and has not once let me down. What I liked best is the ability to filter companies not just by industry, but by very specific parameters like revenue ($1M-$5M), headcount, and precise keywords (e.g., "Tube & Pipe Fittings" or "Fabrication"). It allowed me to find a massive amount of highly relevant leads in the industrial sector in a cpecific location. The request is translated into filter settings by AI, that helps a lot. Beyond the data, the customer support is very good , responds quickly and provides personal, human assistance rather than generic AI replies. The entire process of setting up filters, selecting leads, and exporting them is intuitively clear, and navigating the interface is seamless. Besides, you not only receive leads in form of e-mails, phones and social media accounts (when there), but you also see if a person is say registered to a certain industrial event, like exhibition or forum. The initially found emails might not be 100% reliable until you run the validation process. Email validation is a separate function that requires purchasing additional credits. Previously, most target companies only provided generic contact forms or "info@" addresses on their sites, making it nearly impossible to reach the right person. Instead of wasting weeks manually filling out forms, the service helped me find specific, relevant leads directly within those companies. This allowed me to propose a mutually beneficial business partnership directly to the decision-makers.
