But having tried using it for a couple of years (we bought a small package of credits and have yet to use them up) I can say there is almost nothing positive about this platform. Buy credits at your own risk. **What do you dislike about leadrpro?** This is an absolutely horrible product with zero support. Stay away at all costs. First of all, you specify your criteria for what sort of customers you want to speak to (min client size, etc.) and then they simply ignore that and you constantly get demo requests from companies that fall outside of your ICP. Then, when you on the once-in-a-blue-moon actually do get a lead that looks good, their system and process is so clunky and broken that 9/10 times your sales reps aren't even able to get into the calls. I don't think we've had a successful LeadrPro call since we started using it and certainly none that have led to any pipeline or revenue. The support is non-existent. Their support form claims a 24-hour turnaround time, and I can say that having submitted multiple requests, I have yet to get a response from LeadrPro. The only communications I get from them are the (presumably automated) emails that come to me when I ignore an unqualified lead's demo request in their platform. We bought a package of a small number of credits probably two to three years ago and still have half of our credits remaining. Most of the credits that we've used have been on calls that our sales rep couldn't even get into. Stay away from LeadrPro - it's nothing but a waste of time and money. **What problems is leadrpro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't solve anything or benefit us in any way. It's supposed to connect us with buyers but instead it just connects us with unqualified non-buyers and wastes time and money. ### 2. The process is super easy - you just sign up, pick the software and follow the steps. Low risk with free profile setup.
