  ### 1. Streamlined Candidate Management at Its Best

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

I find the organization that Leadline provides to be game-changing. It acts as a single hub for all candidates, their information, questions, video responses, and resumes, making the whole process much smoother and streamlined. Communicating with candidates directly through the system and creating automatic tasks when advancing or rejecting candidates has been incredibly impactful and helpful. I particularly appreciate the channel tracking feature, which provides insight into where our top candidates are coming from and where our advertising dollars are best spent. This capability allows us to strategize where to spend our time and energy in the future most effectively.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

I think an improvement would be integrating Leadline with Predictive Index so their surveys show in profiles on Leadline. Currently, I have to open Leadline and then Predictive Index to reference cognitive assessments and behavior styles, and it would streamline my workflow if that information showed directly in Leadline.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Leadline for attracting top candidates, streamlining candidate tracking, and automating communication. It simplifies candidate process tracking, maintains communication privacy, and provides a single hub for candidate details. Channel tracking offers insights into sourcing efficiency, helping allocate resources wisely.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

As an education consultant, LeadLine has been a valuable tool for recruiting candidates. It’s simple to use, intuitive, and keeps all the key information in one place, which helps me make informed decisions quickly. It’s also cost-effective, making it a smart investment for consultants and organizations alike.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

I am excited about the new features for schools. As a former superintendent, I think they will be very helpful.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadLine solves the challenge of finding, organizing, and managing quality candidates in one streamlined platform. It also helped me market the position I was recruiting, giving the opportunity greater visibility to the right audience. Having all candidate information in one place made it easier to stay organized, compare applicants, and make informed hiring decisions quickly and efficiently.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

Ease and look of job postings. Ability to make real time changes quickly. It'd be great if I could connect to more hiring platforms directly from Leadline once a job is posted. Love the workflows so we can funnel things appropriately. Also like the video option. Lots of cool things.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

Inability to communicate directly with candidates. Timely support when needed. Amount of fields needed for uploads ex. we need 3 letters of reference so unless they combine their letters, they have to do 3 separate uploads. I've tried to make edits (table from list for postings, remove video) and can't.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So much less work with job postings! Love the slick look of postings. Easy to make changes. Love the templates for posting quickly.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

Clean look and very user friendly! It makes applicant tracking very simple. I also think it creates an easy and enjoyable experience on the applicant's end.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

Not a dislike but the AI scoring can use some improvement.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadline is making it so easy for us to track all of our applicants, and the Tagging feature is extremely helpful in doing this since we hire in multiple states and under different entities.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

Leadline has been such an asset for our growing events business. As we grow into multiple cities, hiring efficiently is critical for our success, and this platform makes it easy. I use this platform weekly. We initially were going to put off the onboarding training but then when my Customer Success manager showed me how easy it was to plug into my careers page, I was up and running within the week. They even trained my team on how to use it so it was one less thing for me to worry about with change management that comes with a new system. 

When it comes to the prequalifying questions, I can quickly filter out unqualified candidates, so I can focus on the best-fit talent without wasting time.

Even though I don’t usually pay to advertise jobs, when I do, I love that Leadline tracks performance and provides clear reporting. This helps our team see what’s working month over month, so we can repeat actions that work and cut (save money on) the ones that don't. 

If your company is in growth mode and you need a recruiting tool that saves time and delivers candidates to your inbox, you'll enjoy this tool.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

Since I am on the go all the time, I do a lot of my recruiting activities on my phone. I'd love to see more of the web features on my mobile version of the site. In saying that, my customer success manager took some of my mobile feedback, sent it to their product team and an update is being released this month.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The built-in video submission tool is a huge plus—I used to pay for a separate service, but now it’s all in one place, making the process even smoother. It means I don't have to coordinate phone screens for candidates that are not serious about the role. 

The connected calendar is a big time saver as well. It connects directly into our Google Workspace since we use Google Calendar and Gmail. I set up the automated messages through Leadline when I drag a candidate into the "selected for interview" bucket and the candidate gets back to me with a time that is open on my calendar without having to coordinate back and forth.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

Leadline is is extremely user friendly, for both the employer, and potential employee. Job postings are easy to construct and edit for the employer. The application process is quick and simple for the potential employee.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

I have not discovered any downside to Leadline. Any questions I've encountered while using Leadline have always been promptly answered by their amazing support team.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadline is making the application process fast and easy for potential employees. Additionlly, Leadline's partnership with job sites and prominent social media platforms allows the employer to get word out about job opportunities in a variety of meaningful ways.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

The ability to create widgets is a major plus for us. MMI being a company that manages and owns properties, the widgets help on being able to individually brand jobs on the actual property's websites. 

I do enjoy having a customer success team! Kelly has been very kind, helpful, and prompt from the start of our implementation. 

Candidate match score is a nice feature. Plan to utilize it more in the near future.

The messaging workflow is great, but we aren't using it to its full capibility. Would perfer to utilize this as email messaging instead of text messaging. We prefer a communication such as rejection to be sent via email to applicants instead of text.

Love the landing pages!

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

Does not have a strong custom report builder for candidates or jobs.

Navigating though the site requires a lot of extra clicks.

Resume preview functionality would be nice! Instead of having to open every single resume in a new window tab.

Custom Application Form could use improvement, but the new feature to import applications has made a difference.

Would like to see the ability to have custom text and email templates that you can create and save. If you have specific email messages you plan to send to candidates frequently, have the ability to save them as a template. This would save time.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've notified the Kelly and the team on our user permissions issues. This is currently in the works of being resolved and will hopefully help with our job activites with my managers.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

Compared to other systems, Leadline is sleak, intuitive and easy to use.  Leadline capitalizes on a clean interface with job postings that are succinct enough to capture the attention of the candidate.  They are responsive to questions and feedback as they cotinuously update their product to reflect the needs of their customers.  It was very easy to learn and deploy.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

Being in the educational field, there are a few intricacies to how school districts operate and hire that will require Leadline to consider for future updates.  They have been very responsive to suggestions and we have found some temporary workarounds.  That being said, the existing product is signifcantly better than anything else we have used, and the potential for an even better product down the road provides great optimism.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Simplification of the process for candidates so they don't reach exhaustion or frustration mid-application.
* Inclusion of "AI" generated ratings to suggest candidate match potential
* Metrics for determining ROI for online postings
* QR codes and unique URLs for each marketing platform to track channels
* Ease of accessing prior applicants who show potential to advertise new positions
* Automated and ongoing communication with candidates so they are informed of their status and potential within the hiring process

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

The one thing that drastically stands out to me is Leadline's openness to product innovation.  In a tough market with ATS's, they are providing clients various ways to stand out and streamline their recruiting processes.  Not only that, but the support team is top knotch.  They are readily available to provide answers and dig in to areas that the product can support where others can't.  I've also heard from a candidate perspective that it was one of the easiest application processes they've gone through.  The ability to quickly link a job description and tie it to the source is incredibly helpful.  And I personally like products that let me manually create or input data which Leadline allows you to do.  Overall as a recruiter user, I'm excited to see where the product goes and how it can support my business.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

I only had an issue really with GoDaddy not allowing an external link when posting Jobs to my own website.  If I used Wix, it wouldn't be a problem.  Leadline allows this to happen in a pretty seamless process, but wish there was a work around on this.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadline is an easy to use ATS that allows for 1 user.  Some of the leading brands are hyper expensive and don't allow full access.  I think with Leadlines growth, it'll be an affordable option for a company of any size, or even just 1 recruiter.  For me, it is helping me keep my candidates who I have had personal interactions with in a secure location and allows manual capabilities for me to create my own process instead of what might be forcibly provided by other ATS's.

**What do you like best about Leadline?**

Leadline is an indispensable tool for any employer looking to streamline their recruitment process and improve candidate experience. The interface is user friendly, offers realtime analytics and ensures that hiring decisions are made in a timely manner.    In addition to the software itself, the Leadline team is premier with customer service.  No question or question is ever scoffed at or belittled, which is amazing for the team's varying technology skills.    They are partners in our hiring process and we have seen great results since our integration this year.

**What do you dislike about Leadline?**

My only feedback would be to make it a bit easier to read on a mobile device.

**What problems is Leadline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting - The Dashboard is clear and in realtime of statistics that are vital to the hiring process.
Candidate Experience - Jobs are organized by familes instead of a list of opportunities.  The interface with our career site is more attractive and interactive.  More approachable and less time consuming for the candidate/  
Mobile Friendly - Allows Leaders to make hiring decisions at their ease 
Better Communication - Better for the candidate to ensure a smooth hiring process, better for the leaders as they have one place that the conversations are documented

Overall Efficiency - more manageable way to find a role, quicker application process, direct line of communication with hiring leaders - calendar option to set up their own interviews is great

I love the user interface of Leadline which is very friendly. I automaticaly streamline the tracking. The reports conatins deep data.

The mobile doesn't conatin full features and also not so smooth as compared to desktop version.
