leadl.recruit Reviews & Product Details

leadl.recruit is AI-powered recruiting software that sources and evaluates candidates by analyzing public professional data. The platform processes job descriptions and searches GitHub, Reddit, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, Telegram, and Discord to build candidate profiles based on professional activity such as code commits, forum posts, and community contributions rather than resumes. The system generates detailed reports from over twenty data sources, offering transparent scoring on hard skills, experience, career trajectory, and soft signals. Fit scores with reasoning help prioritize top matches, while red flags and concerns are identified before interviews. Contact information is sourced and integrated into applicant tracking systems, streamlining outreach. The platform targets passive candidates and operates independently or alongside existing ATS systems. Evidence-based evaluations reduce manual screening time and help focus on qualified candidates.
