What I like most is that it finally shows where leads are actually coming from. Instead of looking at Meta Ads, Google Analytics and the CRM separately, everything is in one place, which makes reporting a lot easier. I also like that it tracks the full customer journey instead of just counting form submissions. LeadJourney really helps me to track all my leads and see the sources where they coming from. Also the AI features are really helpful and its easy and time efficient to check the campaign performance with CRM milestones. It saves me minumum 5-10 hours per week which is awesome! The user experience is a big PLUS in comparison to other ad tracking softwares. Pricing is fair, the onboarding process was easy and I am able to connect a lot of integrations using webhooks. LeadJourney has given us clear, end-to-end visibility into the customer journey, from the very first ad interaction through to a signed contract. A real standout for us is the offline conversion tracking, which allows us to send CRM deal stages back to Google Ads and Meta Ads so we can optimize campaigns more effectively. I also appreciate Atlas AI because it surfaces campaign trends and recommendations without me having to spend time digging through spreadsheets.
