**What do you like best about LeadJourney?**

LeadJourney really helps me to track all my leads and see the sources where they coming from. Also the AI features are really helpful and its easy and time efficient to check the campaign performance with CRM milestones. It saves me minumum 5-10 hours per week which is awesome! The user experience is a big PLUS in comparison to other ad tracking softwares. Pricing is fair, the onboarding process was easy and I am able to connect a lot of integrations using webhooks. Speed and performance is good, data accuracy also.

**What do you dislike about LeadJourney?**

There is nothing I can complain about its by far the best tool at the market.

**What problems is LeadJourney solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.) I am able to track all ad channels + campaigns in one dashboard
2.) I can combine Website Conversions with CRM Milestones
3.) I have reliable numbers and accurate conversion tracking
4.) It saves me a lot of time in reporting
