**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

I simply love the automation aspect of it. Because of this tool, I'm saving hours every week that can be applied to far more critical and important tasks.

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

Don't dislike any aspect of this tool! This is a startup, and like any other company big or small, there is always room for improvement. Matt and Bruce get this. They are always open to any suggestions or tips you may have and are constantly and consistently working to make sure LeadGnome is the best tool available.

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadGnome solves the problem of spending hours going through every email bounceback and DQing no longer with company leads, unsubscribed leads, and updating old email addresses. The main feature is that this tool mines contact data from OOO replies and creates new leads for us to market to! Before we never imagined collecting this lead information (due to how timely this process is), but with LeadGnome we are able to consistently grow our database with quality leads.

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

LeadGnome shines a spotlight on hidden intelligence within our accounts. 

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

It was a small amount of effort to get the fields mapped to Marketo.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGnome:**

I have been waiting for years for this product to come along.  We used to do this manually using interns and it wasn't anywhere near as fast, easy, and accurate.

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now see a full picture a person's peers and org structure, based on out of office replies.  We can tell who is on vacation (and for how long). We can even set reminders for follow up after vacation.

We can see who left the company.  We can then go find the person at the new company and market to them, and we can replace that contact with a new one.

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

LeadGnome automatically collects data and feeds it into our Marketing Automation System  as well as CRM so that Sales has all the information they need to be effective. The Marketo integration allows the workflow to seamlessly connect with our CRM -- allowing data to become available in real-time!

We are continuing to use LeadGnome for our Account-Based Marketing efforts, in hopes that it will target high-quality companies and leads so that the tool will be much more effective, and show even more ROI.

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

Integrations with other marketing automation systems-- however, LeadGnome has been very helpful in partnering with our company for any integration needs. For lead gen, LeadGnome can be more friendly in regards to de-duping existing email addresses that has been scanned-- as to not require filters from our Email Provider.

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We realized a sharp increase in new data when we use LeadGnome to grow our accounts. The Marketo integration allows the workflow to seamlessly connect with our CRM -- allowing data to become available in real-time!

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

One of the hardest problems for sales and marketing teams to solve is to penetrate target accounts. LeadGnome helps our clients achieve this goal in an easy and automated way. Best of all, LeadGnome requires zero changes to our clients’ marketing campaigns and nurturing programs. Setup takes less than 5 minutes and there is no IT involvement. Bottom line: LeadGnome works as promised (how often can you say that about a product).

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

We have no issues with the service. It does not require a user guide and it's straightforward. It does what its intended to do. 

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGnome:**

They have a free trial. try it yourself, we like it. We talked directly to the CEO and he walked us through the  product. The value, to us, was obvious. 

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients solve a couple of problems: (1) finding new contacts within target accounts; (2) enhance/clean existing lead records – e.g., phone numbers are added; (3) stop client databases from getting stale over time; (4) mapping the players within accounts. Another benefit that we’ve experienced is finding a replacement contact when someone leaves a target account – very cool!

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

That we don't have to use our own internal resources to comb through emails and find the valuable information that is included in OOO's.  Also, the LeadGnome staff are great people and have an honest interest in helping us be successful with the product.

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

I have no dislikes about the LeadGnome product at this time.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGnome:**

Go through a demo, take a look at the product.  If you already understand the power of the information in OOO messages this will be a no-brainer.

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our acquisition costs are significantly less for LeadGnome leads, our time to close and upgrade opportunities have been steadily rising as well.  We have been able to redirect valuable marketing resources to other priorities now that LeadGnome is capably handling this initiative.

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

As a marketing agency, we focus on helping our B2B clients develop and optimize lead generation and nurture programs.  We've found LeadGnome to be a very efficient and effective way to help grow and replenish our clients marketing lists and expand their lead footprint within targeted accounts.  The volume and quality of leads we see coming from LeadGnome is much higher than we had expected when we started using it. 

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

We’ve had clients express a desire for minor in-app terminology changes.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadGnome:**

Definitely worth a try.  It's very easy to set-up, and very affordable (I think they offer a free trial period) so there's really nothing to lose.  The CEO, Matt Benati, was a client of ours at multiple companies before starting LeadGnome – he has a deep expertise in B2B marketing and driving alignment between marketing and sales.

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our B2B clients have very niche target audiences that are difficult and expensive to reach. LeadGnome is a highly-efficient new channel that we can use to help clients identify new qualified prospects and identify decision-makers at targeted accounts so we can target them more effectively with specific campaigns and offers.

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

LeadGnome has made mining data from auto responses simple and efficient. It has been effortless to implement and track. Also, I can't say enough about the people behind the product. They've been so responsive to our questions and inquiries and are eager to help us use the product successfully. 

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

At the moment it isn't directly integrated into Salesforce, which would benefit our SDRs. 

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've never had a good solution for mining contacts from auto responses and OOOs, despite containing valuable information for our SDRs. Not only is LeadGnome saving us time, but it is pulling valuable information that we've often overlooked.  With LeadGnome, both our marketing team and SDRs are able to use the information mined for cadences and lead campaigns.

Great new way to generate new leads, gain business intelligence, and penetrate target accounts.

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

Not specific to LeadGnome, but just a general frustration I have as a digital marketer -- too many tools to manage and figure out how to best integrate for insights and reporting.

Great hungry team.  Their CEO Matt Benati ha high integrity and the kind of person you want to do business with.  If you succeed, they succeed.

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

Best solution (only solution?) for mining valuable data from out of office responses to outbound email campaigns. Relatively inexpensive and very easy to setup. Outside of the new lead generation for marketing, if the data is properly leveraged by (or shared with the sales organization, it has the potential to provide even better value. 

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

Reporting has room for improvement. Algorithm not flawless, so expect some bad leads to come through which is expected. 

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding potentially high worth net new leads to the database. Once we have better automated nurturing on our end, could offer even more engagement and value. Right now it is a helpful tool for monthly boosts of new leads.

**What do you like best about LeadGnome?**

LeadGnome is simple to use and very effective. The output is useful and easy to understand. The team are responsive too - every time we've had a query they've been quick to respond and act.

**What do you dislike about LeadGnome?**

LeadGnome currently only supports mining English language emails so we still have to run manual checks on some of our international campaign replies. They've informed us this is on the roadmap for 2016.

**What problems is LeadGnome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to mine alternative contacts in out-of-office replies by hand (something we identified as advantageous some time ago). As our email activities increased, this became unmanageable - the discovery of LeadGnome has significantly reduced our data-processing overhead.
