I like that LeadAngel helps a lot by switching from manual to automatically routing leads to the right sales reps, so we respond faster and don't miss opportunities. It's easy to use and the customer service is very responsive. The initial setup was quite easy with the help of their team.

LeadAngel has been a game-changer for our business. It has not only streamlined our lead management process but has also improved our overall sales performance. **What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

Sometimes creating new and/or editing current lead managment workflow edits can be confusing and difficult to work through but the team at LA is always willing and ready to assist.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use lead angel as our BDR lead conversion routing tool so each sales rep gets an equal amount of opportunities based on their availabity.  In addition to that it allows management to make edits on the fly to give higher weight to certain reps vs. others.  It's a great tool and before LA we were doing eveything manually over Slack via a message on where this/that lead should go.  Very time consuming and not efficient.

LeadAngel is a comprehensive routing tool that allows us to customize routing for our specific needs and for specific projects. The best thing about Lead Angel is the support that we receive from the LA team (Deepak Kumar for example)

It can be a little confusing sometimes with so many different features, connections and nuances. It can also take some time to load while making changes.

**What do you like best about LeadAngel?**

As a sales representative, I've had the privilege to utilize various tools and software in my daily operations, and while I hold a neutral stance towards most, Lead Angel has managed to stand out in certain aspects.

Reliability: Above all, reliability in a tool is paramount. There were numerous occasions where I was in the middle of critical operations, and Lead Angel consistently came through. Knowing that I could depend on it when functioning gave me a peace of mind that is rare in today's digital age.

Streamlined Interface: Even though my sentiments lean more neutral, I cannot deny that the user-friendly interface was a boon. It made navigating and extracting vital information an easy task, enabling me to focus on what I do best: selling.

Accurate Data Management: In the world of sales, accurate data is gold. Lead Angel's capability to provide precise leads and manage them effectively meant less time sorting and more time reaching out to potential clients.

Integration Capabilities: The software's ability to seamlessly integrate with other tools I was using was a considerable advantage. It meant less shuffling between applications and more consolidated data at my fingertips.

Consistent Updates: Another noteworthy mention is the consistent updates. Even though all software have their highs and lows, Lead Angel's team seemed committed to regular improvements, which is always a good sign in terms of long-term usability.

In conclusion, while I might not be overtly enthusiastic about every feature, there's no denying that Lead Angel brought a degree of professionalism and reliability to my sales operations. In an industry where every lead counts and time is of the essence, having a tool that you can count on makes all the difference.

While Lead Angel has its merits, there were aspects that left room for improvement:

Inconsistency in Functionality: Too often, the software would malfunction. This inconsistency not only disrupted my workflow but also affected my confidence in its dependability.

Manual Routing Issues: When the automatic lead routing failed, I had to revert to manual methods. This not only was time-consuming but also led to confusion and potential errors in lead allocation.

These challenges often added unnecessary layers to my sales process, hindering optimal performance.

Automated Lead Routing: Lead Angel streamlines the lead distribution process by automating routing. This eliminates the cumbersome and error-prone process of manual lead assignment, ensuring that leads reach the right sales representative without delay.

Conflict Resolution: By implementing a systematic lead allocation mechanism, Lead Angel prevents internal conflicts among team members vying for the same lead. This promotes team harmony and ensures a more efficient and collaborative sales process.

**What do you like best about LeadAngel?**

Lead Angel has taken away any sort of conflict in scheduling between our sales reps and account executives. THere used to be some favoritism when reps were booking meetings and it created a huge imbalance and arguing amongs acount executives. That problem has been solved and all AEs now are on level plsying field to achieve their quota

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

Personally I am not a fan of how the calendar invite is styled - it looks corporate and a bit to unpersonalized for the restuarant industry I work in. This could be the way my company has it set up and I'm sure it could be changed.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving any imbalances my company had when scheduling meetings for Acount Executives. Now all AEs have about the same number of meetings and have a fair shot in achieving quota. No more favoritism in the Sales rep to AE hand off.

**What do you like best about LeadAngel?**

Everything you need in a Lead Routing tool, with exceptional support.

They were willing to work with us to build out a custom handoff feature, which is widely used and adopted by our organization.

In terms of rollout and support they were always willing to give us their time and provide any resources and documentation to ensure we were successful.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

There were quite a few custom development asks on our team. We needed to tweak some of them and adjust post-implementation, but this was largely due to the fact that we (the customer)  did not have the time to test fully before launch.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead routing for our inbound team. The most important aspect of lead routing for us is reliability, and we have not experienced any issues with LA for lead routing.

We built a custom development handoff process with LA, which helped us further integrate our tech stack and decrease our tech stack spend significantly. 

We had serious issues with support in the past, and have no concerns with LA. They are always willing to help and support our needs.

Smooth and seamless experience for the reps to schedule their meetings. Straight forward and easy to train on. Would definitely recommend this technology to any org!

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

If you have more than 1 POD of AE's on slack once the lead goes into shotgun (and no one from Team A picks it up)  it would be nice if it would bounce from the Team A to Team B for someone to pick up.

As of right now it is creating a smooth transition for the reps to book meetings into the account executive's calendars instead of having the reps manually look into calendars and book their meetings.

**What do you like best about LeadAngel?**

LeadAngel has helped us greatly with lead distribution. We were able to customize the program to fit our needs and create custom rules for our team specifically. We used to spend a lot of time monitoring and manipulating our lead routing tool. but since implementing LA we have been able to be pretty hands off, knowing that the tool is working as intended.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

No real complaints about the tool yet. There are a few minor UX things that couold be improved like automatic saving after making a change or warning the user to save changes before exiting the page.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadAngel has helped us route leads within our sales org. Our team specificlaly has a lot of nuances and the customization has allowed us to create unique logic and rules that get our leads into the hands of our sales reps.

The upsides of using LeadAngel is that it keeps everything organized under one umbrella, also keep everything fair in a proper round robin format rather than relaying on the honour system.

Sometimes LeadAngel doesn't work, BDR's find that there is glitches that don't let them submited the lead through LeadAngel which leads to a bit of panic trying to find an AE to take the lead

LeadAngel is solving the issues we have at the office keeping lead flow fair and honest, alot of leads get handed under the table. LeadAngel stops this process from happening.

**What do you like best about LeadAngel?**

OTS - the ability to see the channels in slack, owners, timing, shotgun, all of it. It's increased our teams ability to book on the spot meetings.

I also like that there can be multiple layers for mid-market, US commercial and Canadian commerical. Great for routing to the right channel.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

We've had hiccups with the gcal integration and a lot of one off scenarios that have created many instances where we've had to manually book meetings. I think a more seemless gcal integration or additional manager funcationalities to be able to easily change meetings would be nice

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Lane4 and schedule once to route and book meetings. There were a lot of issues with the consistency of it being online, routing correctly and booking meetings (constant struggle). LeadAngel has replaced them.

I like that leadangel connects to my calendar so that meetings are only booked during times that I am available. That way as long as I set up my time properly, I know that my day is always booked correctly.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

The OTS is leadangel moves to quickly, but this may be an organizatio setting. I also wish leadangel would take into account "OOO setting" on google calendar- for now you have to manually block this.

Leadangel is solving the problem of ADR's having to manually check my calendar for booking times. This means faster lead execution for meetings that are always booked during times that I'm available.

The role out of LeadAngel took a while to get up and running, however support was very helpful in supporting us during onboarding.

How it routes leads to the AE's in a timely fashion, and equitably distributes opportunities/leads to members of the outbound organization, so everyone has a chance to close business.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

How it can be glitchy at times, especially with scheduled meetings, as it sometimes books times with AE's that are unavailable. This shouldn't be an issue as the appointment time/meeting is calibrated with the google calendar of the sales rep.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping me solve the equitable distribution of leads/opportunites to the outbound org. It is benefitting me because it allows me to work with numerous other Account Executives, and build rapport with those in the outbound organization.

LeadAngel accurately syncs with your calender to understand when you are available to take meetings. Also it takes into consideration time intervals before another meeting to identify if you have enough to accept an urgent one.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

So far my experience has not come across anything negative at the moment. Will share in the future when one does pop up! My team members have not mentioned anything yet either.

Seamlessly integrates with calendar with any leads that come into to identify if I am avaiable to take that meeting. Also will put team members in order to take the next opportunity giving everyone a chance.

How easy it is to change where lead routing is going to by team/rep. Easy format to navigate quickly and effeciently. This makes making changes on the fly really easy.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

Certain custimizations need to be done on the back end, but the LA team is quick to reply. Once there is more information that translates between salesforce and lead angel for reporting it will be great.

LA is solving the problem of manual bookings and making sure that between our teams there is more of an even distribution of opportunities so that each team has and "equal" pool of accounts to work.

The way that it integrates with my google calendar, as well as slack. It is very clean. As well, the ability to assign leads via on the spot is very cool

Not much, if there was one thing I would change it would be to have it understand when i put an out of office block in my google calendar.

Simplifies the process for lead distrobution and creates a fair and even workflow.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

Some hiccups with integrations of the Gcal where LeadAngel does not always recognize that there is a confliciting event where booking.

It eliminates the manual work flow of discussing in chats who should take the lead. Shotgun or first come first serve was previous workflow. This automates alot.

LeadAngel has been a tremendous help with our lead routing. It has allowed our inbound leads to get routed quicker without any intervention or errors. This has saved our team about 20% of the time in lead routing. In addition, the support we receive from the LeadAngel team  is always immediate with a clear answer/solution to any inquiry.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

At this time, I cannot think of any downsides to using LeadAngel. Our alternative method of lead routing required too much intervention and was not nearly as accurate as LA.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadAngel is helping us with our inbound lead assignment - we require our inbound leads to be sorted by company and assigned either to a specific rep/team or round-robin. We are also exploring the use of the meeting functionality.

Just like any other system, it can take a bit of getting used to. However the layout of incoming leads with customer information could be a little more clear.

**What do you like best about LeadAngel?**

Power and flexibility to configure lead-to-account matching and lead routing to fit any situation. I've installed and run this at 4 companies now, and it's performed flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

Enterprise UI's are never perfect. While LA GUI could use some sprucing up, it's not an issue. Honestly, there isn't much bad to say. It does what it is supposed to do with minimal need to configure. It's a classic set-it-and-forget-it app once installed.

**What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead-to-account matching, and lead assignment are critical to ensure leads are handled correctly. These are complex problems to solve. Lead Angel did a great job and is far more cost-effective than other solutions.

Great Customer service.  The implementation was top-notch and white glove.  It is easy to administer and I don't need to know much about Salesforce to get my leads routed

**What do you dislike about LeadAngel?**

I couldn't say.  It is an effective tool at an affordable price.  my old solution was very expensive, took a professional paid consultant to maintain and setup.

Leads are going to the right person at the right time.  New entrants to deals are no longer going to the BDR but are being routed to the AE active on the opportunity.

I really love the lead routing solution. It is very flexible and has many customizable options to route various objects in Salesforce. Also, their customer service, continual improvement of the platform, and adding new features is top tier.

The previous UI of lead angel was a bit difficult to pick up for new users however they have made significant improvements for those that are using the updated version.

Lead Angel has a very intuitive UI and an amazing support team who is always ready to assist you when you have an issue. The best part is, it just works.

More native integrations would be nice, but I know they are working on that.
