Layer Sistem Reviews & Provider Details

Layer Sistem is an independent enterprise cloud service provider founded in 2014, operating its own server, storage and network infrastructure in the TI Sparkle data center in Istanbul, Turkey. Core services: dedicated virtual data centers (LayerCloud, VMware vSphere with customer-side console), enterprise block/file storage on IBM FlashSystem, encrypted backup as an official Veeam Cloud Service Provider (Veeam Cloud Connect), and Istanbul–Bursa geo-redundant disaster recovery. Its defining focus is data sovereignty: customer data is stored exclusively within Turkey, providing KVKK (Turkish data protection law) compliance at the infrastructure level. Layer Sistem is not a hyperscaler reseller and not a GPU hosting provider — it runs a boutique, fully managed platform where customers reach engineers directly, not a call center.
