Though the site updates frequently many of the changes do not seem to actually benefit their client base. **What problems is Lawcus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lawcus organizing all notes, emails, tasks, and fees associated with a case in one place. ### 2. Every document, email, and note is tied to a particular case which is very convenient because I do not have to waste time searching for specific info. **What do you dislike about Lawcus?** Lawcus has no multisheet timekeeping functionality. It is also a bit difficult to integrate it with my billing software. This is time-consuming as I have to manually copy the time entries, and it is no longer in real-time. **What problems is Lawcus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been highly recommended and a motivating tool to remain up-to-date with my caseloads. All is centralized and available when needed so I can concentrate on the service I deliver to my clients. This newfound organization has not only decreased my stress levels. ### 4. Super Responsive Team... They are open to new ideas and are constantly updating, upgrading, and adding features. A great mix of a Law Practice Management tool and a Marketing too. **What do you dislike about Lawcus?** It takes time to get used to the flow of new software. I was unhappy with the training at first, but that has been updated as well. They now have videos and are super responsive to any requests we have. **What problems is Lawcus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a Law Practice Management software that included marketing, including drip campaigns, follow-ups, standard flows for lost clients, etc., without having to pay additional costs to another service. Lawcus provides that at a reasonable cost for this solo firm owner. ### 5. It allows us to stay organized-one place to keep key information like contact information, court information, case number etc. Moreover, it allows us to bill, email, enable client portals and create template documents. I have tried numerous case management systems-this one is the best! The features are virtually limitless-even if you only use half it is well worth it. I haven't even mentioned the automation and intake forms. **What do you dislike about Lawcus?** I wish that there was a better notifier when assigning a task or making a comment in the client's profile. **What problems is Lawcus solving and how is that benefiting you?** A one stop shop to go to for client contact information and case data and billing. ### 7. The application itself is extremely easy to use and covers every aspect of day to day workflow that you need. There isn't one thing that they haven't thought of! I would recommend Lawcus to anyone who is looking to pull together all of their business processes into one place. **What do you dislike about Lawcus?** I can't think of anything that I don't like about the program. **What problems is Lawcus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We found that we were using so many applications and needed to put it all in one place to reduce duplication, errors and most importantly, have that overview that we need to run the business. ### 8.
