**What do you like best about Law Ruler Software?**

It´s super intuitive, has several ways to do the same thing and all of them are easy.

Everything in a single system, connecting with you office suite, calendars, reminders, esign, document uploads, softphone for calling... everything. 

Forms or client questionnairs can be personalized and you can run reports out of every single field you add to them, really amazing.

**What do you dislike about Law Ruler Software?**

From the call center perspective, the visibility to track properly what agents do live is not good enough

-You cannot see how long an agent has been in a call
-You cannot run a report to see if agents are hanging up intentionally
-No possibility to have different skillsets to send calls in a single language to a single group of agents in an effective manner, only by assigning case types; if all of your agents can handle different cases but cannot speak multiple languages, its useless to do it by case since your agents might not always be busy
-Calls reports have discrepancies that not even their IT team can explain properly, they tell you to talk to your vendor and that´s it

Having everything in a single system, even the softphone; before we had 4 systems to do what we can do with LR

**What do you like best about Law Ruler Software?**

We were looking for a reliable and straightforward legal CRM for a mass tort practice. After a lot of research and demos, we decided on Law Ruler. Law Ruler does all the legal CRM basics well, and it offers more advanced features like document management, lead management, and text messaging for a reasonable price. We've had zero downtime, and new features are added regularly. Most importantly, it is easy to use and was quickly assimilated into our current systems.

**What do you dislike about Law Ruler Software?**

We do not have any specific "dislikes" with the Law Ruler software.  But there are a couple features that we would love to see added in the future, such as a more powerful, unified global search. Search works fine, but is currently split between CRM and document management.

**What problems is Law Ruler Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Law Ruler has helped us streamline our intake processes, track leads better, and allowed us to become a paperless office. Everyone now has access to one central repository for all client and case information.

**What do you like best about Law Ruler Software?**

There are many things we like best about Law Ruler - we made the switch due to the reporting capacity which has improved even more since starting.  The organization, ability to text with potential clients, staying on top of the information, callers, scheduling, notes, sending documents, storing documents, getting e-signatures, sending contracts, tracking information, the list is pretty endless.

**What do you dislike about Law Ruler Software?**

I have two frustrations - Law Ruler doesn't integrate with MyCase - which is on MyCase not LawRuler.  And a second frustration which seems to be with all the software developers - it's constantly changing - things are added, design changes, etc.  Screenshots for training are outdated too frequently.  Outside of those two issues, we don't dislike anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Law Ruler Software:**

Hire LawRuler to do the setup and for training.  It takes time to do all the setup and intakes.

**What problems is Law Ruler Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting allows for excellent tracking and staying on top of our marketing machine.  We are also able to better communiate and track potential clients and give them stronger customer service.

The automation features are awesome. This was the absolute best.

No messaging within the software. You have to use a work around to message colleagues within the software.

Be ready to get your hands dirty to learn the software. You wont regret it!

Capturing leads was the most important thing to my organization.
