"Tower Task is an all-in-one project management and task collaboration tool that integrates with Lark. It helps teams improve collaboration efficiency, enhance communication quality, reduce management difficulty, and achieve goals quickly. Features of Tower Task are as follows: a. Multi-angle monitoring projects The project group empowers members to focus on risk and resource allocation of teamwork. It helps you monitor the processing status of both projects and members.  b. Control member workload You can view the workload and working status of team members by selecting "Workload" from the project group. Click on "Members" to view the specific tasks they are responsible for. This feature helps you focus on the perspective of members and make timely adjustments to the task schedule. c. Display project process Select "Progress", the essential information of each project, including project status, the risk situation, and the completion of the milestones can all be seen at a glance. If necessary, you can also add custom fields for the project, such as priority, etc. "
