**What do you like best about Echelon?**

We have a multi-layered security system in place, but we were still looking for something extra to minimize risks. We're really concerned about this, so we use both manual checks and software. That's why we need this as an extra layer of protection.

BTW, the software tells us that we are well done and there are no problems yet.

**What do you dislike about Echelon?**

Haven't noticed anything, maybe the technical language could be a bit complicated for users who aren't as deep into it.

**What problems is Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took this software as one of the "layers" to protect our company.
