I've tried multiple options in the past, but Lancey is by far the most user-friendly and effective. One of the things I love most about Lancey is the truly self-serve version, which allows our team to create demos in just a few minutes. It's so intuitive and easy to use, and I've been really impressed with the high quality of the demos I've been able to create. In addition to the impressive software, the team behind Lancey is also great. They are super responsive and always willing to help out with any questions or issues I have. Plus, they seem to be constantly adding new features and improvements based on our feedback. In fact, I've seen them launch most of the features I've requested within just a week or so of suggesting them. Overall, I highly recommend Lancey for anyone in need of a reliable and user-friendly tool for creating self-serve demos. **What do you dislike about Lancey?** Nothing to dislike so far but Lancey is missing APIs right now for us to directly fetch our data and push into our data warehouse. **What problems is Lancey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lancey has helped us improve inbound leads from our website through self-serve demos, and also improved by conversion rate for sales emails by 124% through embedded demos in our outbound emails. ### 2. Period. I tried scheduling demos with a handful of other competitors before - You'd think that this would be a given for a product category that promotes interactive demos? But not a single one of them makes it accessible from the website. Plus, the cost that other competitors charge is enough to break the bank. Lancey is a perfect no-brainer solution for any company that wants to move quickly and understand what they are getting into without a ton of back and forth with sales reps. Transparent website pricing tells you there is no BS and negotiated behind-the-scenes pricing. **What do you dislike about Lancey?** Unless I were being nit-picky, I wouldn't say there is anything that I dislike about Lancey so far. Some edge cases were missing here and there, but the team is super responsive and has helped me out within minutes of requesting support. **What problems is Lancey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a product that could show a simple demo that our customers can click through without scheduling a call with us; plus, I wanted to see how they interacted (number of views, clicks, etc.). Something like Docsend, but for customer emails. Lancey is the perfect solution I needed. ### 3. Can’t believe we didn’t think of trying this out earlier. In 2023, this seems like one of the best bets we’ve made and can’t wait to see what’s being released. **What do you dislike about Lancey?** No dislikes so far. Whether you're giving a live demo or letting your users try a self-serve demo, Lancey makes it simple to engage and interact with your audience both synchronously and asynchronously. Overall, I highly recommend Lancey to anyone needing user-friendly and interactive demo software. Many SaaS businesses don't actually "get" their prospects. Prospects have a core pain and problem they want to solve - and if you're able to actually showcase how you solve that one specific pain or problem and allow them to actually interact with your software showing how it's done - that's how you can drive meaningful conversions in terms of demos and trials. We're tired of speaking to sales five times, we're tired of waiting for pricing. Prospects want to actually touch, feel and get an idea of the software solving their core problem and achieving that desired outcome - and that's exactly what Lancey accomplished with their polished interactive demos. What I also appreciate about Lancey is they truly live up to the slogan of "killing the demo button once and for all". Other competitors, funny enough, require an actual demo rather than allowing for a trial process of the software which is supposed to enable product led-growth. Lancey is an all-around great interactive product demo solution, and looking forward to their growth and further platform improvements over the lifetime of the product. **What do you dislike about Lancey?** There's nothing to dislike at this time. Although Lancey is a pretty new product, it's well-polished and the support is on point. We always like vendors that listen and take feature recommendations into their roadmap for consideration. **What problems is Lancey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lancey has solved the problem of giving customers what they actually want - to interact with the product ever before signing up for a trial or having to get on a sales call.
