Lairo Reviews & Product Details

Lairo is a visual bug reporting and client feedback solution that enables freelancers, developers, and small agencies to collect, triage, and resolve website issues reported by non-technical stakeholders. It falls within the bug tracking and visual feedback software category and serves as an alternative to tools such as Marker.io, BugHerd, and Userback. The product works by embedding a lightweight widget on a website via a single script tag. When a client or stakeholder encounters an issue, they click the widget, pin their feedback directly on the page, and submit it. The reporter does not need to create an account or have any technical knowledge. Each submission automatically captures contextual data that developers typically need to reproduce issues, including a full-page screenshot with pin coordinates, browser and operating system details, viewport dimensions, console errors, failed network requests, and a complete session replay. Key features and capabilities include: - Visual annotation and screenshot capture: Reporters pin issues directly on the page. Every submission includes an automatic screenshot with device and viewport metadata. - Session replay: A recording of mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls leading up to the submission is captured automatically. Form inputs are masked and never recorded. - Two-way issue sync with GitHub and Linear: Issues created in Lairo sync to GitHub or Linear with status, priority, and comments flowing in both directions. Resolving an issue in GitHub closes it in Lairo and vice versa. - Slack notifications: Real-time alerts for new feedback, status changes, priority updates, and comments, configurable per project and channel. - Capture links: Signed URLs that can be sent to specific clients, allowing teams to identify reporters without requiring them to log in. Lairo uses project-based pricing with no per-seat fees. The free plan includes one project with 25 feedback submissions per month and 14-day retention. The Starter plan ($12/month) adds Slack integration, custom branding removal, and capture links. The Pro plan ($39/month) includes GitHub and Linear sync, unlimited retention, and advanced filtering across up to 10 projects.
