There are many possibilities for users who frequently use the application. I particularly like the analysis mode, which makes it easier for me to create dashboards, and the standard features that work well. The creation of analyses, the drag-and-drop feature, as well as the sorting and filtering functions are very helpful. **What do you dislike about Kyubit Business Intelligence?** For users who do not frequently deal with it, the operation is not entirely intuitive. There are indeed documents, but they are rather long and in English, which deters some users. **What problems is Kyubit Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kyubit Business Intelligence offers fast and easy analysis options and is flexibly applicable. I appreciate the analysis mode and the ability to easily create dashboards. Standard features like drag-and-drop and filtering work well. ### 2. The support team respond quickly and are knowledgeable. Regular product updates with great new features. Tutorial videos readily available. Easy to use, create reports in seconds and drill to the finner detail. **What do you dislike about Kyubit Business Intelligence?** Very little the product is great overall. Some small usability features could be improved. For example it can be a little cumbersome to drop measures or dimensions in sometimes which is frustrating, a larger drop area would be appreciated. Also the filter definition is accessed by a small row to the right hand side, double click would be a great improvement. **Recommendations to others considering Kyubit Business Intelligence:** The product has great support and is continuously moving forward. **What problems is Kyubit Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily identify problems you previously didn’t know existed in your business. Drill to the detail, and setup report scheduling. Identifying issues with low margin sales on various areas, this may be based on Products, Reps, Areas, and Customers etc. Identifying trends and reacting to them. Monitoring staff performance. ### 4. The possibility of suscription to dashboards or analysis. **What do you dislike about Kyubit Business Intelligence?** It Lack possibility to add our own maps in geomaps dashboards. **What problems is Kyubit Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now visualize information of our cubes that allows us to make dashboards near realtime in order to provide meaningfull information about call center usefull to take better decissions. ### 7. Straightforward sharing with multiple user groups. Nice automatic documentation of analysis parameters if you export a view/report to Excel. Ability to easily drill expand into additional detail on only certain values in a series without having to "drill into" only that value or show same level of detail on all values in a series adds flexibility. Lot of useful tweaks one click away in the options menu. Ability to save "named sets" in filters. Good stuff. **What do you dislike about Kyubit Business Intelligence?** Needs to have the ability to insert calculated columns or rows to perform math operations on values in a series - e.g. summing together the measures for a few values into a partial subtotal, or temporarily perform a calculation operation on two measures without needing to add a new measure to the cube structure. Current solution is to export to Excel to do that kind of operation, but it would be great to insert temporary calculations in an analysis. An automated way to apply an "80/20" type filter on a series with many values, to aggregate all the values that have very small impact on a measure as "other" , leaving the focus on the values with the greatest impact on the measure, would be good. **What problems is Kyubit Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing OLAP for various types of business and marketing transactions in a CRM system for multiple clients, using SSRS for cube development. We have benefited from improved performance, ease of use, effective cross-client deployment, better exporting, and various other factors over our prior OLAP solution. ### 8. The Kyubit support team has been very responsive to our needs and we were able to successfully and effectively integrate Kyubit into our existing product with little problems. **What do you dislike about Kyubit Business Intelligence?** Would like to see a calculated column feature that is one of the only features that our clients are using on the old product that we can't currently replicate with Kyubit. **Recommendations to others considering Kyubit Business Intelligence:** You should definitely consider Kyubit as a cost effective alternative to higher end products. Insufficient coverage of SSAS features. Should be 1:1. Start Screen shows: "Kyubit Business Intelligence". Should be "(My Company) or (My Project) BI, powered by Kyubit". Should be configurable. Charts should be Excel-like when connected with SSAS. Performance is snappy even for large cubes **What do you dislike about Kyubit Business Intelligence?** There are reports that we have in Cognos which use calculated columns. I am unable to reproduce those with Kyubit, because it does not have that feature. **What problems is Kyubit Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally we have been happy replacing existing Cognos cubes with Kyubit.
