Kyrosi Reviews & Product Details

Kyrosi is an identity and access management (IAM) solution designed to automate and simplify the provisioning, management, and deprovisioning of user access within organizations. By integrating with human resources (HR) systems, Kyrosi detects employee lifecycle events—such as onboarding, role changes, and offboarding—and translates them into automated access controls across Active Directory (AD), EntraID, and various on-premises and SaaS applications. This approach eliminates manual provisioning tasks, reduces the risk associated with overprivileged or orphaned accounts, and ensures organizations remain audit-ready without the complexity of traditional enterprise IAM platforms. Key Features and Functionality: - Lifecycle Management: Automates the processing of joiner, mover, and leaver events, ensuring timely and accurate access adjustments. - Role-Based and Birthright Access: Enables the creation of roles and entitlements, assigning appropriate access to human, administrative, and non-human identities. - Self-Service and Approval Workflows: Provides policy-based access requests with delegated approvals, streamlining the access request process. - Automated Provisioning and Deprovisioning: Ensures consistent access enforcement across systems, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors. - Logging and Audit: Tracks and logs all identity and access management activities, facilitating compliance and troubleshooting. Primary Value and User Solutions: Kyrosi addresses the challenges organizations face as they grow, particularly in managing user access and permissions.
