"Strong Treasury Management Platform with Great Visibility and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

Excellent cash visibility across multiple banks and entities. The reporting and dashboard functionality is strong and makes it easier to monitor positions and activity. It also helps automate treasury and payment workflows, which streamlines day-to-day processes. The platform feels secure, with robust controls and clear approval steps. I also appreciate the regular product enhancements and new features, and the integration capabilities with ERP and banking systems are solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

The initial implementation can be time-consuming, particularly for complex organizations. Some advanced reports require additional configuration and training to be fully utilized. Because of the breadth of functionality, the interface can feel overwhelming for new users at first. Also, certain customizations may require extra support or specialized expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kyriba Unifies Treasury Functions and Drives Real Operational Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

My comment comes from an op model transformation perspective, not as a Treasury SME. What I've observed is that Kyriba’s strength lies in its ability to bring all key Treasury functions together in one system—cash management, forecasting, payments, risk management, and more. It eliminates the need for additional tools or reliance on spreadsheets, which simplifies processes and reduces inefficiencies. Specifically, I've observed that, where implemented correctly, Kyriba enables teams to focus on strategy rather than on the mechanics and this drives true operational improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

One of the biggest challenges with Kyriba is the steep learning curve involved in configuring its modules. Although the system is powerful and flexible, the setup process—especially when trying to enable standard functionality—can be highly complex and technical, often requiring substantial external support from consultants.

That reliance can introduce unexpected time and cost during implementation, particularly for organizations that don’t have in-house TMS expertise. Kyriba can deliver real value once it’s properly configured, but the upfront setup is burdensome and may make it harder to get up and running quickly. It can also limit an organization’s ability to adjust or maintain the system independently over time without continued dependence on external resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Hi Mauricio, we appreciate you taking time to share you perspective in such a comprehensive way. It's great to hear from users where they are gaining the most value from the platform and also hearing about implementation challenges. Thanks again for providing a clear, transformation-focused view of what’s working and where we can improve.

"Comprehensive Treasury Solution with Room for UI Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I like Kyriba's ability to centralize treasury activities on a single platform while providing strong visibility. It significantly reduces manual work through automation, allowing our team to focus more on analysis and decision-making rather than gathering data. I also appreciate its flexibility, extensive treasury functionality, and continuous innovation, which make it a powerful tool for supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term treasury transformation initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

While Kyriba is a powerful and comprehensive treasury platform, I find that the user interface can sometimes feel complex, particularly for configuration activities. Certain processes require multiple clicks to access information, and I think reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excels in the Payment Space"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

Excellent Payment Factory Platform: Kyriba offers a robust payment factory capability, enabling seamless end-to-end payment processing from ERP systems through Kyriba to the bank. This integration significantly reduces the IT burden associated with maintaining multiple payment formats and banking connectivity, streamlining treasury operations and reducing operational risk.

Effortless Global Cash Management: Managing a global banking footprint is made effortless with Kyriba’s cash management solution. The platform provides a centralized and transparent view of cash positions across multiple banks and currencies, enhancing decision-making and optimizing working capital management at an enterprise scale.

Forward-Looking Product Roadmap: The Kyriba product team consistently keeps the platform aligned with the latest trends and innovations in treasury operations and technology. This forward-thinking approach ensures that the system evolves to meet emerging needs, helping organizations stay ahead in managing liquidity, risk, and payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

Customer Support Experience: The support service can sometimes feel clunky, often providing incomplete responses that lead to repeated back-and-forth communications before reaching a satisfactory solution. This can slow down issue resolution and affect user experience.

Complex Bank Account Management Module: The bank account management functionality is overly complicated. Tasks such as managing bank account signers and handling bank fees become unnecessarily challenging due to the module’s complexity, which can hinder efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Limited Module Integration: Not all Kyriba modules seamlessly communicate with each other, creating difficulties when trying to aggregate data across the platform. This lack of full integration sometimes makes comprehensive reporting and data analysis more cumbersome than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Tool with Detailed Cash Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I find Kyriba user-friendly, particularly for the modules we use in our daily treasury operations. The payment manager is a good tool for managing payments outside of our ERP. I also like how our cash activities include detailed information that helps with investigation and research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

We have an issue with the debt module where any debt that comes due during the last day of the month would still show as outstanding. This still needs to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Glad to hear you find Kyriba user-friendly! Thank you for taking time to review us.

"Kyriba Delivers Strong Treasury Visibility and Seamless SAP Journal Posting"
4/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

The Cash Accounting and Financial Accounting modules provide strong treasury visibility while enabling systematic journal entry postings directly to SAP. We are currently just beginning to leverage the broader capabilities of Kyriba, and there is significant opportunity to expand its use across the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

The learning curve for configuring automated journal entries within the Cash Accounting and Financial Accounting modules can be fairly steep. It requires a significant investment of time to fully understand the configuration logic and properly link processes to ensure journal entries are generated accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Thanks so much for the review Marco! We’re really glad Kyriba is helping you get strong treasury visibility and automate journal entries straight into SAP. We hear you on the learning curve - the setup can take time to get comfortable with. As you continue expanding Kyriba across the business, your feedback helps us keep improving the experience and the guidance around configuration.

"Kyriba Unifies Treasury Workflows in One User-Friendly Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

What I appreciate most about Kyriba is how it brings together the wide range of treasury functions into a single, integrated platform. Previously, my day-to-day routine involved navigating multiple banking portals, going through repeated login verifications, and switching between systems just to retrieve information or execute payments. With Kyriba, all of these tasks can now be completed in one place — including wire generation, cash forecasting, cash balance reporting, and financial transaction reporting.

The platform is very user-friendly and clearly designed with treasury professionals in mind. It streamlines workflows and significantly improves efficiency. I also value that Kyriba is continuously evolving, with frequent updates and new features. I’m particularly excited about the introduction of AI capabilities and how they can further enhance treasury operations going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

While Kyriba is a strong platform overall, the implementation process can be challenging. The timeline and complexity can vary significantly depending on factors such as company size, workflow requirements, and the range of financial products involved. A successful implementation often requires a dedicated and experienced consulting team to guide the process. With the right support, the transition can be much smoother, but without it, onboarding may feel resource-intensive. But once everything's live, it will bring great values to the team. "Centralized Efficiency with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I use Kyriba for our Treasury Management System, including cash management, foreign exchange, cash accounting, cash forecasting, debt/capital markets, and bank account management. I find that Kyriba makes processes more efficient and centralized. I really like having foreign exchange trades all in one place, and believe the bank connectivity and daily cash positioning features are strong. The connectivity between Kyriba and FX trading platforms and between Kyriba and ERP systems leads to centralization and automation, helping with executing and confirming FX trades, settlement, and sending accounting entries into the ERP. Despite the challenges that can come with implementations, I was satisfied overall with the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

I find the bank account management and its dynamic reporting a bit lacking. It is a big ask, but it can be improved by having a way to obtain bank signers directly from banks into Kyriba (I am not aware of that capability) or by enabling the filing of FinCEN reporting through Kyriba. Some extra connectivity or integration between various platforms would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Thank you for highlighting the ease of integration and ability to centralize and automate key treasury processes. We're glad that you are utilizing the connectivity to FX trading platforms as well. And we appreciate the feedback, it helps us better understand where additional automation and integrations could create meaningful value for treasury teams.

It integrates well with other tools like ICD and Oracle Fusion, which gives peace of mind knowing there are no hiccups in connectivity and reporting.
