"Easy, Affordable Team Birthday Celebrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kudoboard?

I love that you can set reminders, so you never forget a birthday! It's also great for teams that are in multiple locations, so everyone can participate. It's convenient that it houses so many options for images and gifs. I haven't used the gift functionality, but it's a great offering that I could see being useful in the future. It's super easy to navigate - no onboarding needed! Lastly, I like that it's inexpensive. It's worth every penny! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudoboard?

The only thing I dislike is that the messages start to feel repetitive, but that could be remedied on our end. I do wish that it was easier to input everyone on my team's special days instead of having to do it individually. I'd love a feature where you input the full team's names, birthdays, and email addresses and it could automatically send you a reminder to set up a board for them when the birthday got close. I almost missed sending one because I didn't manually go in to schedule it when I was setting it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kudoboard Makes Team Appreciation Easy and Shareable"
5/5
What do you like best about Kudoboard?

Kudoboard offers an easy way to show your team that you appreciate their work. The additions they’ve continued to roll out have been genuinely helpful. Having the quick option to add a gift or additional prizes is a great bonus. It’s also very easy to share with others so they can contribute. I was able to send a link, and it kept getting passed along without any issues. I’ll continue to use Kudos wherever I go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudoboard?

I haven’t had a single problem with Kudoboard. I just wish I had more opportunities to use it so I could take advantage of the other pricing options, instead of relying on the one-time purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Easy, Thoughtful Way to Celebrate Hybrid Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kudoboard?

Kudoboard makes it really easy to turn team celebrations into something more personal and memorable. I’ve used it for birthdays and teammate transitions, and I like that everyone can contribute asynchronously without someone having to coordinate a big card or collect messages manually. It’s also nice that people can add GIFs, photos, inside jokes, and longer notes, so the final board feels more thoughtful than a quick Slack message. For hybrid teams, it’s a simple way to make people feel celebrated even when not everyone is in the office together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudoboard?

There is not much I strongly dislike. The only small thing is that sometimes it can take a little effort to make the board feel cohesive if everyone is adding very different types of messages, GIFs, or media. I also sometimes spend more time than expected trying to find the right tone or the right GIF, but that is more about wanting the message to feel personal than a major product issue. "Super Easy Setup and Customizable Boards That Make Adding Photos Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Kudoboard?

It's super easy to set up, and easy to customize your message by adding photos, colors, etc. People who normally would not go through the trouble of adding images find it easy to do they always do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudoboard?

It's a bit hard to find the right theme when creating a board. I'd love to be able to have search. Not related to kudoboard, but it's hard for me to go through and find the people that need to sign it. For example, if there's a distribution list I want but I want to add everyone except for the recipient,t this has to be done manually by me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Intuitive Kudoboard for Meaningful Celebrations and Team Milestones"
5/5
What do you like best about Kudoboard?

Kudoboard is very easy to use and intuitive, which makes it simple to set up and manage boards quickly. I mainly use it for birthdays, but I also appreciate how flexible the platform is for other occasions, such as celebrations, milestones, and team events. Overall, it’s a great way to bring people together and create something meaningful with minimal effort. Kudoboard integrates easily with our existing tools and communication channels, making it simple for employees to participate without additional setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudoboard?

I honestly don’t have many downsides to mention. If anything, I’d love to see a wider variety of background options for the birthday boards, or a bit more rotation in the designs that are available. Overall, the platform works really well and continues to meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Group Cards Effortless in a Large Office"
5/5
What do you like best about Kudoboard?

We work in a large office so it is much easier to circulate a card electronically and those who want to sign it are able to. MUCH easier than circulating a paper card. Also the ease of delivering it to the recipient. I have the account, I can create the card and then just send the link out for others to add their message. We have used it frequently lately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudoboard?

I wish they would add a few more backgrounds for each category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
