We have a hybrid team with people scattered across the country. Using a Kudo's board is way easier than passing around a physical card. Our team also loves using the GIF feature. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** The cost is minimal but does add up when creating a Kudo's board big enough for all our team members to contribute. We have about 15 people in our organization and the max on the free versions is 10 people adding to it. **What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not sure what problems they are solving because I have only been using the platform for a month or so. Perhaps they could improve on adding more payment options. We do not need 100 additions, so perhaps a cheaper price for only 50? ### 3. I do wish we didn't have to pay to add templates and customize a tad bit more, only because I've sent out a handful already, and finding a template that meshes are becoming limited. It is a great way to send messages to folks who may be leaving the office for another job, birthdays, retirements, etc... **What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** In these days of telecommuting and not having access to everyone who would normally be in the office it is great to have a link like these cards provide to allow folks to write a message to someone.
