Kruze Consulting Reviews & Provider Details

Kruze Consulting is a licensed CPA firm (California Board of Accountancy license #7637) providing accounting, tax, and fractional CFO services exclusively to venture capital-backed Delaware C-Corp startups that have raised at least $500K in venture funding, from Pre-Seed through Series C. The firm combines cloud-based accounting technology with hands-on support from experienced CPAs and accountants, averaging 10+ years of experience, to deliver accurate, audit-ready, investor-grade financials. Core bookkeeping services include transaction recording and reconciliation, automated categorization, revenue recognition, and monthly financial statement packages (income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet). Each client works with a dedicated accounting team that meets monthly to review financials and provide guidance. Tax services cover federal and state tax return preparation, state and local tax (SALT) compliance, and Delaware Franchise Tax filings. Kruze also specializes in identifying, calculating, and filing for R&D tax credits, helping startups offset payroll taxes and extend runway, even before they're profitable. Beyond core accounting and tax, Kruze offers fractional CFO services (financial modeling, budgeting, cash management, and fundraising support), 409A valuations, VC due diligence preparation, and M&A accounting support for startups approaching an exit or acquisition. Kruze Consulting has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for seven consecutive years, and its clients have collectively raised over $15 billion in venture capital funding.
