We are a very early stage startup and out of several small firms advertising to provide 409a valuation services for startups, we had the luck of finding Eton just from searching online. The others we had contact with had very poor contact, with very roundabout and confusing explanations of the services to be rendered, and also a higher price. Chris was able to very quickly explain the most important points of the 409a valuation for compliance purposes so we understood what was appropriate for our 2 person company. All contact to collect documents from our side and render the service, and to deliver the final 409a valuation report, were 10/10 and extremely prompt.
