krafthub.ai Reviews & Product Details

Krafthub is an AI automation platform built for skilled trades businesses, including MEP, HVAC, electrical, metalwork, and construction companies. The platform addresses a gap that many trades and construction businesses face: while on-site work has been mechanized for years through modern machinery and equipment, back-office administrative work - quoting, project management, and invoicing - has remained largely manual. Existing software tools typically cover single, isolated tasks and don't scale to the transaction volume of a mid-sized or large construction company. Krafthub's core product is an AI-powered trades software that automates the entire commercial workflow, from customer inquiry through project management and quotation to final invoicing. The platform can process complex bills of quantities (Leistungsverzeichnisse) running to several thousand line items, reading incoming enquiries, technical drawings, and supplier quotes to generate accurate quotations automatically. This reduces the manual administrative burden on estimators, project managers, and back-office staff, while keeping human decision-makers in control of every calculation the AI produces. For larger enterprises, Krafthub goes beyond its core trades software with enterprise automation and system integration. The platform connects to existing ERP and CRM systems, product catalogues, and email, allowing companies to keep the IT infrastructure they've already built rather than replacing it. Krafthub also develops bespoke, custom AI solutions tailored to the specific operational needs of larger construction and fit-out businesses, fitting precisely into existing processes and systems. Krafthub is actively deployed across a broad range of skilled trades, including construction and civil engineering (Bau/Hochbau), electrical (Elektriker), roofing (Dachdecker), HVAC and plumbing (SHK), metalwork (Metallbau), and other trades, serving businesses of all sizes. Data is stored and processed in Germany, and the platform is designed to support GDPR and EU AI Act compliance requirements, providing the data governance and security standards required by businesses across the skilled trades Founded in 2025, Krafthub was built by a founding team with over 20 years of IT experience. The company's mission is to industrialize the administrative side of the skilled trades the same way modern machinery industrialized the work itself - turning quotation, project, and invoicing processes into a scalable, AI-driven system rather than a manual bottleneck.
