Very helpful in spotting fraud across multiple users/attempts. The ability to maintain a group of users that we know are legitimate users helps us cut down on processing times. It is very user friendly, there are tons of useful features and Kount makes the job of order review and fraud detection almost fool proof. Reporting from the Data Mart is very extensive and incredibly useful for feedback to the team and management. Overall, the one thing we love as a team and department is the way we feel secure to rely on the Omniscore system to validate the orders and to help us make informed decisions when on the fence about a particular order. Sometimes I feel like less is more and all the information can be overwhelming that Kount provides, however the new Order Analysis feature is a more simplistic way of viewing the "dashboard" of the order and makes using the Omniscore even easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
