There is a lot of data to digest on their UI however as you continue to work within the Kount portal the more it all comes together to paint a picture for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kount is powering our advanced fraud tools which gives our hotel partners the ability to assess risk associated with capturing credit card authorizations. With this solution powered by Kount, our clients are in the driver seat to build a process to protect themselves against fraudulent behavior that unfortunately exists in this world. What do you like best about Kount?

What do you like best about Kount?

I like how easy it is to use. This is my first using Kount and onboarding/training with our CSM was fast and easy. Speaking of our CSM, he is great. He answers emails in a very timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kount?

Reporting was the hardest thing to learn. Also, the decline rules are very limited but it still works for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kount?

The most helpful part about Kount Complete is how it links transactions with each other. It saves time from manually having to look for certain fraudulent patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kount?

At the moment, there are no dislikes since our Company has just started working with Kount. We have not maximized all its abilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Kount:

It's time consuming having to manually look for fraudulent activity. Kount allows you to focus on other areas in your company while they look and stop fraud. You will still need a team, but not as much personnel compared as without Kount Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you?

Due to our rapid online growth, we have been continuously hit with fraudulent activity. It is difficult to manually review every transaction entering our Merchant account, and Kount has allowed us to automatically decline suspicious activity, and/or block certain transactions to avoid obtaining Chargebacks. Our team may now invest their time in different areas to assist our work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kount?

Ease of use and onboarding process. They have the best customer success team I have ever worked with. They helped us from day 1 until we were processing orders and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kount?

We are trying to connect Kount to our ERP Sage100, but will need a separate account for another instance of Kount. Otherwise not really any complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
