## About Kosli
Kosli automates SDLC Governance for regulated enterprises. The platform captures a continuous, tamper-proof audit trail of every software change, from commit through build, release and runtime, and maps it automatically to enterprise GRC controls. Kosli replaces retrospective evidence gathering and human change approvals with real-time, cryptographically verifiable proof of how software changes are built, tested, approved and deployed, so that audits become a simple query instead of a weeks-long investigation. Kosli integrates with existing DevOps and CI/CD toolchains rather than replacing them. It enables its enterprise customers to achieve continuous SDLC compliance through a combination of tooling (governance infrastructure) and services (governance engineering). Its founders co-lead the FINOS SDLC Controls Framework Working Group alongside Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Kosli is SOC 2 Type II certified.
