What do you like best about Kompassify?

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at a SaaS company, usability is the first lens I apply when evaluating any tool, and Kompassify delivers on that front immediately. The no-code builder lets you create and deploy onboarding experiences in just a few minutes without ever touching JavaScript, which means our team isn't pulling in developers for every minor update. For integrations, the Google Sheets connection was a standout for my workflow specifically, letting us collect structured user feedback across multiple touchpoints and funnel it directly into a spreadsheet for analysis with no middleware or scripting needed, and there's also an API available for more custom setups. On the performance side, the widget is remarkably lightweight at runtime, and even users on lower-end devices experienced no noticeable slowdown, which matters a lot when you're serving a diverse user base. Regarding pricing, I'm not directly involved in procurement decisions, but the fact that our budget-conscious company chose and continues to use it tells me the ROI is there, especially given how much developer time it saves compared to alternatives. Support has also been a pleasant surprise, as the team is genuinely responsive and walks you through setup step by step, even if you're not particularly technical. What do you dislike about Kompassify?
