**What do you dislike about KolFil?**

As a CTO of a bootstrapped company, I was hesitant at first, I didn’t think I had 5 hours to train an SDR in just one week. But KolFil’s clear process and structured next steps made it much easier than expected. In fact, after about a month, we had a functioning outbound engine.


Now we’re ready to hire an SDR, and we’re just negotiating the cost 😉. It’s a minor “dislike” that actually shows how disciplined and effective their approach is.

**What problems is KolFil solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KolFil has solved our biggest challenge: building a consistent, high-quality top-of-funnel in the UK, Germany, and Ireland. Before working with them, outbound prospecting felt unpredictable and took up a lot of time.


With KolFil, we’re now having qualified conversations with the right decision-makers. That’s given us a more predictable pipeline and allowed our internal team to focus on closing deals and driving strategic growth. **What do you like best about KolFil?**

What I like best about KolFil is the consistency of their GTM strategy and execution. They don’t feel like a side service or a vendor, they operate as part of our team.
As a venture-backed company, having a strong and predictable top-of-funnel matters, and KolFil has been a big reason our GTM motion is credible and investor-ready.

**What do you dislike about KolFil?**

The only real downside is that onboarding a new SDR isn’t instant. KolFil has a structured recruitment, vetting, and launch process, so you can’t just spin up a project overnight.
That said, it’s clear this is intentional. The founder is deeply involved and prioritizes doing things right over moving fast just to take fees. In the long run, that discipline has made us feel protected and confident that when something launches, it’s built to actually work.

If you’re serious about building a real GTM engine and not just outsourcing calls, KolFil is worth considering. They operate like a partner, not a vendor, and they care about outcomes, not activity.
Best suited for funded or growth-focused teams that value disciplined execution and want their top-of-funnel to be investor-ready and predictable.

KolFil solves our biggest bottleneck: getting consistent, qualified conversations with the right decision-makers.

They take cold calling off our plate and do it the right way, targeted, professional, and human. That gives us a predictable pipeline, cleaner data, and more time to focus on closing and strategy instead of chasing unqualified leads.

all good, I think they are a new blessing to our start up

Yes! Even though we are just starting we are satisfied with the team work and energy, we renewed our pilot but pausing for 3 months as we have called all collectors in the US closed 68 percent to new logos.

**What problems is KolFil solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us discover our ICP. As a coin and bullion POS, their support went beyond generating customers, they opened doors and built valuable relationships for us.

1st month but I understand 2nd month and good lets see the 3rd month

Met Jan from LinkedIn, launched a pilot I will update this after 60 days but this is our 2nd month with them, all good 2-3 meetings weekly, 6 qualified leads so far that are sql.
