**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

The clearest thing that impressed us at first was its user-friendliness. We can also access instant reports via data visualization screens. Our staff can also request leave from the system. We can also manage advance requests from the system. It is also very good to be able to transfer instant data thanks to bulk data transfer features.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

They cannot provide sufficient support for privatization requests. Because, in fact, special software is not made for every company. It is an ideal program for those who want to prefer standard solutions rather than project-based solutions.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found a solution to all our needs with a user-friendly interface. We found solutions to all processes such as leave management, personnel management, and allowance tracking. Most importantly, it was web-based. We aim to find solutions to our evolving needs.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

Kolay iK provides cumbersome solutions for businesses. It's not good for those who prefer simplicity over project-focused solutions. The software is not intuitive to navigate. It consumes my time by not allowing direct file editing within the program.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

It would be better to include the options for personalization like choosing sections on the main page and adding my employment period. The support team hasn't been tested yet since there hasn't been a need.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is unclear if they provide assistance. Some additional features are missing from the program, and the absence of a profile picture feature is noticeable. Also, it is concerning that there is no mention of data security measures in the reviews.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

The HR solution provided by Kolay iK has been obstructive for my company. It provides limited solutions project based ones, which is not good for simplifying our operations.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

It lacks the ability to directly edit files within the program itself consuming me time. It aslo fails to provide  flexibility to customize sections on my page. I find it quite hectic for submitting leave requests.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a couple of aspects about Kolay iK that needs to be improved. Their customer support falls short as I have never needed to consult them. The program claims to meet all our needs I have noticed some missing features when new updates are introduced.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

You can find almost everything with HR releated topics in one programme. You don't need to buy other tools/programme to enlarge scope. All is in one programme.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

I need to download file to update and re-upload again. This cause time consuming and loosing tracebility. Would be good to have edit function directly in the programme.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each employee has the usage of Kolay IK for the all rules, standarts we defined in the company. No need to have papers in the offices for the communication. Everyone can follow their vacation planning, standarts, rules... in the programme.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

It is really helping to get in contact with the HR team. Especially, if you are working from home it's getting easier. Also, you can learn details about your colleagues in each department (department name, the hierarchy of between colleagues etc.)

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

Sections of the site could be better. For example, I prefer to choose sections on my main page and add my personal employment period too. In this way, people can notify each other easily.

**Recommendations to others considering Kolay iK:**

I never consulted their support team. So, I choose the quality of support "5" because of that.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can add my working period, yes. But my favourite is the holiday request section, because if your company is more than 50 people you want to know who is there. The birthday section is also nice.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

The User Interface being easy ensures a fast flow. I was pleased because they made the distinction between permissions, etc., easy and understandable. It's a software I can recommend.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

I had some issues on the personalization side, but it's getting better over time.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarify inter-company distribution and permissions to ensure a smoother workflow.

The best thing on the website is sending leave request.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

There are just a few features, so I don't use so much. Just when I need to send a leave request.

I think some new features can be added.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

You can see birthdays of your colleagues. You can see activities at company if they are registered there. Also the leaves that our colleagues have as upcoming.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

Page is not updated auto. I have to refresh it all the time. There are not some types of leaves.It should be integrated with Time Doctor to save the activity of employees.

It keeps the list of employees at company. And it shows every required details. Formal holidays, absences of employees.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

It is very useful that it can easily create leave and overtime requests. The listing of upcoming leave and birthdays is delightful.It is easy to see the leave periods on the main screen.

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

It complicates things when every person on her team raises questions about accessing their information. The reports presented should be more useful. Inability to create person-based reports

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps a lot to be able to access the information of the people on my team and to email them on their anniversaries. And yes I am more productive. Our business performance increased.

**What do you like best about Kolay iK?**

I am able to see the hierarchy and who else is also working with us. I can also see employees birthdays, day-off and official holidays.
I do not know any other similar software

**What do you dislike about Kolay iK?**

When I confirm a vacation and it simply disappears. It requires admin permission to see your own moves. This is non-sense, I have to request it from my superior.

Put a profile photo

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can follow the day-offs and track my carreer like how many days left from day offs. Since we are working as a team, I can also see who is working on that or not

The best part of this product is - you will get everything in one place for your day-to-day requirement.

In my words everything is perfect but I feel if the user interface will become more clear and more sorted then it has no competition. So we need to work on a user interface.

If you are from Human Resources then you must know the Kolay iK.

**What problems is Kolay iK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best feature which use most in Dashboard and Handling Events. I feel the event handling part and scheduling meets are best i got from this tool.

I like to see info related to colleagues like leave records and birthdates etc.

I don't have any part that I dislike about the application

I use it as an HR management tool and I realized that it is the most user-friendly tool I have ever used according to my previous experiences. Just like its name!
