What do you like best about Knowify?

I love the website design, it makes it easy to get to where I need to go quickly and if I have any questions, the support team is very quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

I do wish there were better reporting tools, and more options to tailor reports so I wasn't spending a lot of time finessing after downloading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Knowify:

It is a great tool for job costing and monitoring your labor; you can adjust as needed in the administrative role. The ability to sync with QuickBooks also makes our lives a lot easier and our accountant is appreciative of the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I asked a few months ago about having the ability to create packing slips; Though I haven't seen that option become available yet, I know the support team was very receptive and working on adding that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Invoicing on % completion basis becomes very easy

Job costing is a breeze

Processing change orders is quick and easy

And the link with QBO works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

I wish the time tracking function had gps location throughout the day not only at check in/ check out

I also wish we could see the details of the edits to timesheets made by the users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can track job profitability easily which was a pain before knowify.

Customers are less confused by the invoicing process speeding up the rate of AR collections.

What do you like best about Knowify?

It's a one stop shop for everything. I do my contract management, job cost tracking, invoicing, payroll time management, PO's and scheduling. Everything all in one place and it's much cheaper than the similar competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my business and what I do i really don't have any dislikes about this platform. It has served my business quite well and I can't think of any improvements that i would make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Using Knowify has helped us increase our profitability and dial in our labor costs. It makes invoicing and estimating easy. I love the app and how it GPS locates my employees when they clock in and out. The clock-in feature makes running payroll easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
