"An Essential Part of Our Security Awareness Programme Helping Build a Stronger Security Culture"
5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

We've been using KnowBe4 for our security awareness training and phishing simulations, and it's made managing our programme much more straightforward. The dashboard gives us a clear view of everything in one place, making it easy to track campaigns, monitor user progress and identify where we need to focus our efforts.

One feature that's saved us a lot of time is the automatic enrolment of new starters into baseline assessments. It removes a manual task from our onboarding process and ensures everyone starts from the same point. Scheduling quarterly training campaigns is simple, and it's just as easy to launch targeted phishing simulations or awareness campaigns in response to emerging threats, which means our training stays relevant throughout the year rather than becoming an annual tick-box exercise.

The integration with our existing systems took a little while to get right, largely because of the work required with our IT provider, but KnowBe4's support team was excellent throughout. They worked directly with our IT team to help resolve issues quickly and made what could have been a frustrating process much smoother.

We've also been able to measure real improvements. Seeing our Phish-prone Percentage (PPP) reduce after each campaign has been a great way to demonstrate that the training is making a tangible difference to our users' behaviour. The Phish Alert Button has also made it much easier for staff to report suspicious emails, helping build a stronger security culture across the organisation.

The customer support has been excellent from day one. We have regular check-in calls with our account representative, who is always knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful. Whether we have a technical question, need advice on campaign planning or want to get more from the platform, the support has always been responsive and proactive. Overall, KnowBe4 has become an important part of our security awareness programme, giving us confidence that we're continuously improving rather than simply delivering mandatory training. "KnowBe4 Empowered Iona Employees to Recognize and Prevent Cyber Threats."
5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

Iona Senior Services has been using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for helping our staff become more cybersecurity-aware while also strengthening the organization’s overall security posture. The simulated phishing tests are especially valuable because they offer practical, real-world training that helps employees recognize potential threats and respond appropriately.

KnowBe4 has played an important role in improving our cybersecurity awareness and supporting our efforts to protect the organization from evolving cyber risks. It has been one of the most effective tools we’ve implemented to help prevent cyberattacks in our environment. The ongoing training and phishing simulations have noticeably increased staff vigilance and reinforced a stronger culture of security across the organization.

I would highly recommend KnowBe4 to other organizations that want to strengthen their cybersecurity defenses and better educate employees on current threats. It feels like a worthwhile investment that delivers measurable improvements in security awareness and overall risk reduction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I’d like to see more content in the Mod Store for building campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Comprehensive Security Training"
5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I love everything about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The content is always updated and up to date, which is exactly what's happening in the world. It really helps in bringing out the bad actors and their mindsets, and bringing all the trainees up to speed. I love how the campaign emails work; they're very direct, genuine, and real, making the messages feel authentic and really connecting with the users. This approach helps us pass the message across effectively. Additionally, the setup was straightforward, and the feature called the phishery has really made it easy for users to report phishing emails, which is a game changer and makes my life so easy. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I think a lot of things work. It's just a few maybe more, we need more ammunition kind of videos. They can be more direct. Video sometimes is not too generic, especially when it comes to phone usage. My environment uses more of phone usage, and we have more users that are using phones and laptops. It would be great if they could provide more videos on that, where they keep users informed on how to deal with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"KnowBe4 Makes Risk-Based Security Awareness Easy and Measurable"
5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is how well it supports a risk-based, data-driven security awareness program rather than just one time training. We run quarterly phishing campaigns, and the platform makes it very easy to identify users who fail simulations and automatically enroll them in targeted clickers training.

The Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment (SAPA) and Cybersecurity Culture assessments are especially valuable to us because they give us clear visibility into our organizational and employee-level weakness. Instead of guessing where our gaps are in terms of security, we can see them measured and tracked over time.

What also really stands out is the ability to assign training each quarter based on actual user behavior and assessment results. Employees are trained on their specific weaknesses, which makes the training more effective and keeps engagement higher. The reporting dashboard also makes it easy to demonstrate progress and improve to leadership.

Overall, KnowBe4 helps us move beyond compliance and build a stronger, continuously improving security culture across our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

While knowbe4 offers excellent training and phishing simulations, a few areas could be improved which are the training modules feel a bit outdated, and certain content can seem repetitive for employees who go through multiple quarterly trainings.

The user interface and navigation can also be less intuitive at times, making it slightly tricky to find specific reports or historical campaign data especially for new admins.

Despite this minor issues, the platform's ability to target training based on user weaknesses and measure progress makes it highly effective for building a stronger security culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Training with Room for Phishing Enhancement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I love the training sessions and phishing simulations the most. The diverse templates and library options make it easy to find what's needed. I find it convenient to target specific topics and quickly deliver effective training to maximize team learning. The various phishing templates cater to all sorts of scenarios, and I like being able to create my own templates to replicate certain attacks my company has faced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I wish the phishing templates were as customizable as their new offerings with Synthesia trainings. The custom phishing can be a pain at times where the formatting and picture upload abilities make it hard for my phishes to look more legitimate. Also, the headers mention that it’s from KnowBe4 and my team members have quickly caught on and know when I’m sending out a campaign. I want them to look more indistinguishable from real attacks or AI attacks that will look more polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging, Customizable Training with Stellar Community Support"
5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to help train different clients about current cybersecurity threats in the workplace. I find the modules to be really useful as they allow me to create training plans that fit the specific needs of various industries like construction, education, religious institutions, and dental practices. I absolutely love how customized I can make my training. The Community feature and the mod-store are fantastic, as I enjoy creating custom modules recommended by other admins in the Community. It’s incredibly helpful to have like-minded admins to bounce ideas off of, which makes the training both efficient and effective. I appreciate that I can ask developers from KnowBe4 questions and feel supported like I'm part of a giant KnowBe4 family. The module plans manage to be both educational and entertaining, keeping users engaged in learning. Switching to KnowBe4 from Hoxhunt was a great decision, thanks to the cost, the welcoming community, and the friendly developers. The initial setup was very easy with help from a KnowBe4 representative who walked me through training setup examples in under an hour. Finally, I'm excited about the new AI features that will be added and hope more people join this amazing Community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I wish that there were more options for the custom templates. Some of the categories seem a bit too niche for selecting what to train them on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Automation with a Well-Documented Knowledge Base"
4/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I like that mundane tasks such as remedial training (for failed phishing tests) and smart groups are so user friendly to configure and maintain. I especially like that the knowledge base is well documented and I rarely need to engage support. KB4 is very easy to implement with M365 and there is documentation available on how to "whitelist" KB4 across multiple systems/areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

Making even minor changes to some of the content isn't always very easy to accomplish and in some cases requires modifications to the source code. There are a few instances we have encountered where the PAB does not properly report the email in question and only throws a very generic error message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive platform, quality content, and integrations with Microsoft"
5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

Ease of applying training and great quality and quantity of the content produced. The platform has simple and intuitive navigation. It also features integrations with Microsoft, which facilitates usage and tracking of metrics. We recently updated the plan and pricing and received positive feedback on the quality of the training and the platform's performance. Now, let's start implementing artificial intelligence in user evaluations, in conjunction with Support, to assist us in this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

There is a delay in updating some old content and also in generating reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Phishing Simulations Out in the Market at a Premium Price"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

They have changed the view of the dashboard to a more user friendly appearance. My favorite feature is the organizational risk score. It give a clear breakdown of what should be focused on in your phishing campaign. KnowBe4 is starting to add some nifty new features to their Modstore like trainings that can be done via mobile with a heavy focus on deep fake defense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

I think that Knowbe4 offers a great robust program that allows you to easily track how well employees handle phishing emails. I would like to see that maybe they add in a feature where we pay for managed services though them. I say this because it is very time consuming to set up campaigns. Maybe make it easier for us administrators, like a point and click campaign! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best E-Mail security awareness training available"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

KnowBe4 continues to strengthen and improve its product offerings by building on a solid foundation. Many of the products it rolls out are either free or offered at minimal cost, helping to expand the training and awareness. While most companies would place these products behind a paywall, KnowBe4 stands out by choosing not to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

While the training offerings have continued to evolve, the difficulties with delivering trainings effectively in a hybrid environment remain a cause frustration. This is not entirely KnowBe4's fault as Microsoft's disabling of Direct Mail Injection(DMI) limits functionality. However KnowBe4 continues exploring alternative solutions to mitigate these issues.
