KnowBe4 creates short video content that allow users to quickly and easily be trained on a number of security and policies. The production value of series like the Inside Man turn security content into something users want to watch instead of just satisfying a requirement. From an administrative perspective, it's easy to understand how many users have completed their training and send them reminders if not. The internal phishing test functionality is also very valuable to keep users vigilant for phishing or spear phishing attempts they may receive for real. Overall, a great platform I've used at multiple companies.

The training landing page could be a bit better organized but that's a very small inconvenience. Users are rarely unable to understand what training they have remaining.

Ability to quickly distribute training and get users to actually complete it.

KnowBe4 provide fantastic, imformative training excercises. They are easy to navigate and the UI/UX is intuitive and user friendly. The majority of excercises are concise and keep to the point.

Some of the training excercises can be a bit overly long. Sometimes taking upwards of 40 minutes. This isn't ideal as I would prefer the training to be in smaller chunks.

Knowbe4 has helped gain a wider understanding of security, which is always helpful. It has enabled me to grow my knowledge on the subject and apply it to my day to day work.

The training courses were through in their level of detail that would benfit any users of any level experience. Not only did they go through many different avenues of vulnerability, but it discussed how users can spot those issues and best way to proceed.

It was about two minutes too long for my tastes. My limited time means I don't always have time to sit down and absorb. However, it helps that it was well done and I didn't feel like I was wasting my time.

The training modules have good content and are presented in an enjoyable format. You can select them based on length to ensure you are not forcing your users to spend too much time.

When assigning training modules, the web portal is a bit clunky. For example, it takes a lot of clicks to replace an expired training module within a training campaign.

It is keeping my users aware of the dangers of phishing, social engineering, etc. The ability to test my users with simulated phishing tests keeps them on their toes and demonstrates their increased awareness.

I appreciate the simplicity of KnowBe4 and how easy it is for us to push training out to our folks

I love how the modules are broken down into managable tasks with a mixture or video and written insight. The fact that each one doesn't take a huge amount of time to complete keeps engagment. The information and content is also very to the point and relevent to each module without going over the top.

There isn't anything I dislike apart from I find teh interface a little basic.

The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is an excellent way to improve corporate security awareness. I liked the materials they provide, as in my past experience the security trainings was always a bit of pain, but I were able even to learn something new about topic.

As I was both user and administrator of the platform I think that their admin panel can have more features to make it easier on a scale. I had to manually remove employees from training after their leftovers and write script for personalised notifications in slack to remind about training as platform haven't give me this tools.

Scale security awareness in the company, provide great materials for training and good enough user experience on a platform to make it less painful for employees.
