I have been through many online training programs but none compare to the KnowBe4 training module. They videos are fun and educational and they really engage our employees.

KnowBe4 covers a wide range of topics, such as phishing, social engineering, password security. This extensive library ensures that my organization can educate our employees on the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices. I have been using KnowBe4 phishing simulation tool, this practical, hands-on product helps users learn to identify and react to phishing attempts in a safe environment. Phishing templates align with emerging, real life threats, which is great for educating and testing users and having realistic risk score, phish prone score for each user and for the entire organization.

Platform allows customization of training and provides great reporting capabilities that helps us measure the effectiveness.

I can't really name any cons about KnowBe4 tools.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping my organization to solve following problems:

KnowBe4 has a wide suite of tools that help our company meet our compliance and training needs. The most useful module is the phishing training, which offers a comprehensive suite of templates and delivery strategies. We run automated phishing campaigns with it monthly and manual compaigns as needed. The automation aspect of the security training modules is also very helpful and easy to use.

Many of the training modules lack details or actionable information compared to what we would like to see for certain subjects. They are also fairly repetitive accross the board, with phishing dominating most security topics.

Automation of security awareness training compliance, phishing training.

It provides me with many options that allow me to easily select areas of education for our company staff. Once it is setup it is able to run on its own allowing us to not require a full-time dedicated resource. Being a small company this is important to us and allows us to stay current on our security training while staying within a budget.

Some of the training pieces are replaced year-over-year (which is good), but it would be nice that rather than just telling me it is expiring and have the campaign stop working, if a recommendation was made. If a training piece is dated 2023 and there is a new version of the same training dated 2024 then it would be nice if the recommendation was made so the swapping out of training would be easier/faster.

KnowBe4 is allowing us to provide continual security training to our employees without dedicating a full-time resource to those efforts. Prior to implementing KnowBe4 we were inconsistent at best in our training. We also perform better in our security audits.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is most helpful when it comes to having the ability to train each employee on anything, wheather is about security, HR, or even how to perform a job task.

The upsides are you can train every day, once a month, ad-hoc, or once a year. Really any time needed.

I try to find a dislike on KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, but every time, we can't really find anything wrong with it. At least for now, I have not been in this situation.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is mostly solving phishing attempts, teaching none IT skilled employees how security work and why the company needs to be protected and they are part of helping protect the company.

A lot of useful educational materials. User friendly. Good admin insight.

KnowBe4 offers everything you need in terms of keeping your workforce's Security Awareness at par. It offers a guided path through the world of Security Awareness and gives you access to high-quality training and testing material. The suite is very well documented and their customer service is excellent as well.

I especially like the automatic creation of a yearly schedule filled with activities, based on your company profile.

The only thing that could be improved is guiding the user through the vast amounts of training materials they offer. The system does suggest that it's time for another Security Awareness training for your workforce, but then makes you do the selection of training material to include out of their huge library.

Keeping my workforce well-educated on Security Awareness, not only by providing one-off training but by providing a continuous program.

Before we used KnowBe4 everyone had to sit through hour long powerpoint presentations now we can complete the induction training and annual refreshers on a monthly basis in smaller sections with a more interesting subject matter that seems to resignate with our employees better.

The regular phishing tests has really embeded the need to check all emails prior to opening.

We want to continue to increase security awarness to our employees, if it is through emails or other channels like SMS. Our greatest asset but also our weakest link is the human link.
