Occasionally, the content can be a bit lengthy. We prefer to keep training sessions to a maximum of 10 minutes to maintain user engagement and effectiveness.

Phishing templates align with emerging, real life threats, which is great for educating and testing users and having realistic risk score, phish prone score for each user and for the entire organization.

Platform allows customization of training and provides great reporting capabilities that helps us measure the effectiveness.

KnowBe4 has a wide suite of tools that help our company meet our compliance and training needs. The most useful module is the phishing training, which offers a comprehensive suite of templates and delivery strategies. We run automated phishing campaigns with it monthly and manual compaigns as needed. The automation aspect of the security training modules is also very helpful and easy to use.

Many of the training modules lack details or actionable information compared to what we would like to see for certain subjects. They are also fairly repetitive accross the board, with phishing dominating most security topics.
