I like that KneesUpVenues has no subscription model and is easy to use. It replaced my costly TripleSeat platform with a free online booking reservation system. It streamlines communication between me and my customers, helps me avoid missing inquiries or follow-ups, and keeps things from falling through the cracks. I can use an updated calendar management system, with a live reservation form and an OpenTable-style calendar on my existing website. I like that deposit collection is part of the core functionality. I can control notifications for incoming inquiries, upcoming events, and customer payments due, so I know what customers expect and they know when things are due. It links with my existing email and phone number, and I also use its AI capabilities and Odoo bookkeeping integration. They were very hands-on with setup, and I get connected directly to support staff who immediately resolve my questions or issues. I would rate my likelihood to recommend KneesUpVenues a 10.
