Klyver Hire Reviews & Product Details

Klyver Hire is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) built specifically for recruiting agencies and corporate Talent Acquisition teams in Latin America. Most ATS platforms were designed for US or European hiring workflows. Klyver was built from the ground up for the LATAM market — handling the realities of recruiting in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and across the region. CORE FEATURES AI Resume Parser: Processes CVs in Spanish and English, including table layouts and column formats that break traditional parsers. Automatically extracts experience, skills, English level, last role, and red flags from each candidate profile. Per-Requisition Pipeline Management: One pipeline view per open position with stage-level aging alerts. Built for running 5 to 15 concurrent roles without losing track of candidates. Real-Time Client Portal: Hiring managers see live pipeline progress without manual status update emails or weekly calls. Direct access to candidate stages as they move through the process. Boolean Search: Integrated sourcing search to find candidates without paying for LinkedIn Recruiter. Market Intelligence: Live salary benchmarking and talent mapping powered by real-time web data for accurate compensation analysis across LATAM markets. Assessment Suite: DISC, Big Five, CEFR language assessments, logical reasoning, numerical, and sales aptitude tests — all integrated directly into the hiring pipeline.
