Am the flip side, klipy CRM can be a bit tricky to learn, especially if you don't have a tech-savvy team. it offers so many features that it can feel overwhelming at first. the pricing is also something to consider-it can get expensive, especially when you start adding on extra features. some users have mention the system runs slow with large datasets, and it can take a while to get the hand of customizing it lastly, customer support isn't always as quick or helpful as you'd expect for a premium project.
