Klick-Zen Reviews & Product Details

Klick-Zen: One-Click Action Buttons for Zendesk Ticket Emails Every ticket email your support team sends is a dead end. You ask "did this resolve your issue?" and the customer's only option is to type a reply. Most don't. Tickets linger in Pending, agents chase confirmations, automations close tickets on silence, and nobody learns whether the fix actually worked. Klick-Zen closes that gap. It's a Zendesk Marketplace app that adds fully functional action buttons to your trigger and automation emails, agent replies, macros, AI agent emails, and Help Center. When a customer clicks a button, their ticket updates instantly: status changed, tag added, comment inserted, custom field set, priority or assignee updated. No reply required. No Help Center login required. One click, and the workflow moves forward. What teams build with it: One-click solve confirmation "Yes, my issue is resolved" closes the ticket and tags it as customer-confirmed. "I still need help" reopens it, escalates priority, and routes it back to the assigned agent. You stop guessing at your true resolution rate. CSAT surveys inside the email Rating buttons live in the message itself, so one click is the entire survey. No click-through, no form, no login. Response rates climb, and because ratings are stored as tags and custom fields, they're fully reportable in Zendesk Explore. Customer-driven ticket routing Offer choices (Billing, Technical, Orders) and let each click tag the ticket so your existing triggers assign the right group. Customers triage their own requests, and agents skip the routing touch entirely. Manager approvals from the inbox Approve, Deny and Need More Info buttons let managers sign off on requests straight from email, with no Zendesk seat and no login. Frictionless updates from anyone The large share of end users who will never create a Help Center account can still act on their tickets, straight from the inbox. Built for support teams, not just developers Create a button in the Klick-Zen app inside Zendesk: give it a title, style it to your brand colors and fonts, and assign one or more actions. Paste the generated HTML snippet into a trigger email template or macro, or insert buttons into individual replies using the Klick-Zen toolbar in the ticket editor. There's no code to write, no API integration to build, and no webhook to maintain. No additional hosting required Klick-Zen hosts the button images and a post-click landing page you can brand with your own logo, colors, and custom subdomain, or redirect customers to any URL you choose. Works with what you already have Every button click makes a standard Zendesk ticket update, so your existing triggers and automations fire on the result. One click can close a ticket, notify a channel, and send a follow-up, all through automation you've already built.
