Klero.ai Reviews & Product Details

Klero is an AI-powered feedback management platform built for SaaS teams, founders, and product managers who want to stop losing user insights and start acting on them. Most feedback tools collect requests and let them die. Klero closes the loop, from the moment a user submits an idea to the moment they get notified that it shipped. Key features: Feedback Boards — collect requests from every channel in one organized board. Merge duplicates and see true demand behind every idea. In-App Widget — capture feedback without sending users to another tool or breaking their workflow. Surveys — run NPS, CSAT, and custom surveys directly inside your product. Public Board — let users submit, vote, and track what's coming. Product Roadmap — connect feedback votes directly to roadmap items so prioritization is based on real demand, not gut feel. Changelog — AI auto-writes changelog entries when features ship, and automatically notifies users who voted for that feature. Integrations — Slack, Linear, Jira, Discord, Shopify, and more. Free plan available. Paid plans from $20/month.
