I’ve had five Kixie accounts for years, and the service was initially great. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been a complete disaster.

First, SMS texting suddenly stopped working. Kixie claimed they had emailed us about the 10DLC requirements, but no one on our team received those emails—not in our inboxes or spam folders.

A few days later, our numbers also stopped receiving two-factor authentication codes from multiple services. This locked me out of several vital business accounts and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

Despite the seriousness of the problem, I could not reach a real person or get any meaningful assistance. All I received was a ticket number and generic messages saying they were “working on it.”

We spend approximately $5,000 for five seats. At that price, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. There's no support line, you have to email and hope someone emails you back. Most of the time, it's an automated response that takes you to a page where you have to try and figure out how to fix any issues on your own. They have no support line; it's all automated, and you are stuck without help. They also keep you hostage. I tried to email multiple times to cancel, they charged me anyways. What I like most about Kixie PowerCall & SMS is how it streamlines our outreach. Calls and texts are all in one platform, the dialing automation saves a ton of time, and the integration with our CRM keeps everything organized and easy to track. What I dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS is that the call quality can sometimes be inconsistent, especially when I’m on a weaker internet connection. I also find the interface for managing SMS templates could be a bit more intuitive and easier to navigate. Aside from those issues, it’s a solid tool overall. Kixie have a suite of features that make cold calling more effective.

- Parallel Dialler

- Local presence (my cold calls look like they're coming from a local number, to prospects)

- AI to help avoid listening to voicemails

And good integration with CRM etc.

The platform works well overall, but there are a few small drawbacks. The reporting dashboard could be a little more customizable, especially when trying to drill into specific metrics.
