## About kiwilaunch
kiwilaunch is booking and scheduling software for small service businesses, on the web and iOS. It holds the calendar, the customers, the bookings, and the payments in one account. Take bookings your way Add an embeddable booking widget to your own website in ~3 minutes (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, and more), or use a standalone booking page with your own domain. Bookings come in 24 hours a day. One-off and recurring appointments, packages, courses, and classes with capacity limits all sit on one calendar. Add-ons, coupons, and service areas for traveling businesses are built in. Run the calendar as a team Each staff member has their own shifts and calendar. Team members are unlimited on Business and above. Google Calendar sync on Solo and up runs both ways, keeping your Google Calendar and kiwilaunch calendar aligned so nothing double-books. Get paid, in the flow or from the dashboard Customers pay at booking, in the booking flow. From the dashboard, the business can send a payment link, keep a card on file, issue a refund, or charge an additional amount, through its own Stripe account and payout cycle. Stripe stores the card numbers, not kiwilaunch. Tap to Pay on iPhone takes an in-person card with nothing but the phone. Connects with the tools you use Zapier connects with an API key you generate. Zoom connects per staff member and creates video meeting links automatically for online services. PayPal is available alongside Stripe as a beta option. Google Analytics runs on your own Measurement ID. Make it yours The booking experience carries your own branding, custom labels, and localization. Start free The Free plan is $0, no credit card, 100 bookings. Solo is $9 a month, unlimited bookings and customers. Business is $39 a month, unlimited team members. All three carry a 1% transaction fee. Scale is $99 a month and halves that to 0.5%, with assisted onboarding and enterprise support. Cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.
