I’m able to wrap Kipu around the needs of my program, rather than having to restructure my program to fit the system. The ability to create and customize forms gives us the freedom to maintain our unique workflows while still ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met. Kipu EMR could improve on offering trainings for new users! I was trained by staff members at both organizations I worked at; however, for a general introduction, I wish Kipu EMR had a standard training session that was offered (note: IF such a training already exists, the organizations I worked at did not alert me of them; therefore, I had to rely on on-site personnel to convey the options, some more detailed than others, that the agency utilized). See how Kipu improvedAfter using other EMR's, I find KIPU to be the most fluid and comprehensive EMR without being convoluted. The ease of use is excellent. Creating patient charts is easy, and very user friendly even for those who are not familiar with electronic medical records. Generating reports from data and the ease of exporting into Excel to analyze and filter is extremely useful. When our old facilities EMR was replaced by KIPU, the transition was smooth and the general consensus of users was positive. Customer support is always clear and timely as well. Some administrative features are only accessible by superusers, making certain tasks like deleting forms opened by error a nuisance since a super user must be contacted in order to do so. the VOB getter is a bit vague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to navigate the site and how much information is available to complete my tasks at work. I am a case manager so I am using KIPU probably 50 times a day! It helps contacting clients and supporting them. The ease of integration is fantastic and editing or adding things is a breeze. It's also easy to implement the number of features into my schedule and whatever tasks I need to on an hourly basis. Offering customer/client support is my favorite part of each day and I absolutely could not do it without KIPU! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

KIPU has SEVERAL advantages. The software itself is excellent and sooooo user-friendly. To top it off, the customer service is above and beyond. Any time we've needed help with something their staff has always been available and willing to provide us a solution.
