**What do you like best about kippy?**

Kippy provides a seamless, integrated environment for building, cascading, and managing scorecards across all organizational levels. Its structure makes KPI management clear and consistent, especially with features like automated calculations, cascaded relationships, and the ability to track progress in real time. I particularly value how Kippy simplifies complex governance models and allows teams to align their objectives, initiatives, and KPIs effortlessly. It increases transparency, improves accountability, and ensures everyone—from strategic entities to departments and individuals—can easily understand their contribution to overall performance.

**What do you dislike about kippy?**

Kippy works very well overall. The only minor point is that some areas could be a bit more flexible or faster when handling large datasets, but this does not affect the overall positive experience.

**What problems is kippy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kippy solves the challenge of aligning strategy with execution by providing a unified platform where objectives, KPIs, initiatives, and scorecards are all connected. It eliminates scattered data, inconsistent reporting, and manual tracking across Excel files. With Kippy, performance becomes transparent, easy to monitor, and consistent across all levels of the organization.

For me, the biggest benefit is the ability to cascade scorecards seamlessly—from organizational to departmental to individual levels—ensuring everyone understands their role and contribution. It also improves decision-making by offering real-time insights, automated calculations, and clear progress tracking. Overall, it saves time, enhances accuracy, and strengthens accountability.

**What do you like best about kippy?**

I absolutely love Kippy for managing performance effectively. It organizes and streamlines the entire process, making everything much simpler for me. The strategic cascading and performance management integration tools are superb, allowing me to align strategies effortlessly and integrate performance management seamlessly. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I really appreciate how supportive their customer support team has been throughout my use of the product. All the features are truly incredible, and I find great value in every aspect of Kippy.

Nothing

I use Kippy to organize and streamline the entire process of performance management.

having software that includes all that i want in terms of linking my strategy to all operations and processes to ensure a full alignment across my organization along with KPIs that measure everything around me and support my decision-making process

Kippy developed a customer journey that didn't leave me a chance to dislike anything in it, its just very good for all professionals and businesses

**What do you like best about kippy?**

The features of voice recognition and fixed weight are unique. Most screens are comprehensive ... no need to go back and forth to get the whole picture. The dashboard, wheel, and scorecard are easy to follow and not crowded.

**What do you dislike about kippy?**

Employees appraisal model could be added in addition to KPI Model and Project Model

**Recommendations to others considering kippy:**

It is a good stable and secure product for all employees to use.
Since it is super friendly, the user acceptance was very high.

Strategy execution and monitoring is now very effective.
The ability to track all projects and KPIs in one system by all employees.
