Data wasn't showing properly (states being marked as exposed when we have no taxable products in the state) and I wasn't going to commit to a contract with them until they can solve the issue. They claimed to be working on it but never gave me an update after 1+ month and ignored my follow up email. Their ads keep showing up in my social media and kept reminding me about being ghosted.
