KineticRecruiter Reviews & Product Details

KineticRecruiter is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) built specifically for recruitment agencies. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Sydney, Australia, KineticRecruiter is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to help agency recruiters spend less time screening and more time placing candidates. At its core, KineticRecruiter uses semantic search and explainable AI scoring to automatically match candidates to open roles. Unlike keyword-based search, the platform understands context and meaning — surfacing candidates that traditional ATS tools would miss. Every candidate receives a 0–100 match score with a full factor breakdown across skills, experience, location, and industry fit, along with written explanations that recruiters can share directly with clients. KineticRecruiter includes a comprehensive set of features built around how agency recruiters actually work. The platform offers multi-channel resume intake with AI parsing, a LinkedIn Chrome extension for one-click candidate imports, AI-generated career highlight summaries from every resume, one-click client submission emails, a 7-stage Kanban shortlist board with drag-and-drop functionality, and a no-login shareable client review portal. A built-in client CRM tracks clients, contacts, job assignments, and submissions — all in one place. Team management supports four role levels with Google and Microsoft OAuth, making onboarding seamless. All AI features are included on every plan at no additional cost — no add-ons, no hidden fees, and no implementation costs. Plans start at $29 per user per month with a 7-day free trial and full access to every feature from day one. KineticRecruiter is designed for solo recruiters through to established agencies, offering transparent pricing and a platform that can be set up in under five minutes.
