KindredMind Reviews & Product Details

KindredMind is an AI voice companion for families and care coordinators supporting a loved one with dementia. It answers repetitive calls from a person with dementia in the primary caregiver's own cloned voice — resolving the separation anxiety driving repetitive calling without requiring the caregiver to be present. The family caregiver records their voice, builds a personalized knowledge base about their loved one's routine and world, and KindredMind handles every incoming call around the clock. The person with dementia hears the voice they are reaching for. The anxiety resolves. The caregiver sleeps through the night and maintains function during the day. Built on simulated presence therapy, validated in a 2024 randomized controlled trial, and grounded in Alzheimer Society of Canada communication guidelines. Designed for families in the home care and memory care setting where repetitive calling is a primary driver of caregiver burnout and early care home placement. Key capabilities: AI voice cloning, 24/7 call handling, personalized knowledge base, monthly conversation insights reports for caregivers, emergency escalation detection, and charitable giving to the Alzheimer Society of Canada built into every subscription. Pricing from $179 CAD/month. No contracts. 30-day money-back guarantee.
