These significant time and cost savings I can pass on to my clients opens possibilities for SMEs to harness the power of ERP that would usually be unattainable and unaffordable. I love how Kinabase significantly improves on the solution design phase – I enjoy the creative process of crafting bespoke solutions and Kinabase enables me to merge the design and implementation stages into a singular, iterative process with results that are immediate and easily configurable. Show important data, give tasts and generally organise projects finding our how they are proceeding. That way it is easy to see if any projects need additional work to get them over the line. **What do you dislike about Kinabase?** With all software, there is a learning time. The software is incredible powerful and does amazing things saving time in the long run. But the initial set up does take a bit of thinking etc. What was great though was the Kinebase team were always on hand to help every step of the way. **What problems is Kinabase solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track all of our clients, projects and activities within the business. How are they doing, what stage are they at. Then we can make a plan and work out how to progress them when needed. ### 3. All this makes it easy for someone who is not tech-savvy like me to navigate. Moreover, Kinabase enables us to have our own database which is quite adaptive. **What do you dislike about Kinabase?** However, on occasion it can be pretty slow with huge databases and this is something that irritates me when one is rushing. **What problems is Kinabase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our firm faces challenges concerning data and work handling, but Kinabase is solving them. This has been advantageous for us since it enables us to capture our duties, and significant aspects in one place. ### 5. It helps us keep track of infrastructure changes and ensures deployments by detecting any errors. **What do you dislike about Kinabase?** However one limitation we have encountered is the difficulty in customizing the CRM and its sales capabilities.
