The ease of use. It's a simple process to start a design. The questions help make it easier for all parties to understand what you are looking for. The designs have been out of this world! My company was paying a large marketing firm for years and they still couldn't figure out our brand style and branding...and they were 10x more expensive and 20x slower. Recommendations to others considering Kimp: Just be clear, set up your brand and brand guidelines, give them as much detail or wording as you can and don't be afraid to ask for changes. I have tried a couple of different monthly graphic design companies and there was always something wrong...either they want too much info so I could just design it myself OR they take too long to design and redesign because they never got it right or even close to begin with. Both ways were a waste of time, money, and energy BUT not with KIMP. I try my best to give them as much as I can and bam...they design such a beautiful piece. What's even better is now that we have a good flow down...they are creating things perfectly for our brand. It really is like have multiple graphic design people working at a fixed cost during the month. Our Board of Directors have taken notice too.
