Using kimp for unlimited graphic designs on a daily basis for my social media and website. I normally get listing designs, Business Card, Flyers, Street Signs & Ad designs for the events that I sponsor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Great designs with quick revisions and prompt replies. Great customer service.Very efficient and work is exactly what I need and ask for. Enjoy working with Kimp team! Their support team is 24x7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Little too pricey compare to the other companies. They should offer different price points. I tried couple of other unlimited services with low price points but the service Kimp offers is unbeatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The price was cheaper than the rest and it was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It was an ok experience, but only because I wasn’t looking for perfection.

I was looking for tshirts to be designed.

The first order they did for me, they used an image from Getty Images that I screenshot and said I wanted something similar. They copied the image and I told them they couldn’t do that. Copyright and all. They then told me they were allowed because they vectorizes the photograph. I’m a photographer. I know about photo copyrights and I could have been sued.

There are spelling errors and they don’t always read the instructions thoroughly. They are a canadian company, but all the designers are overseas where I’m assuming English isn’t their first language. At first I would have them correct the spelling, but that just cost me money because another 24 hours would go by before I could submit something new because they were fixing a small error. I would just fix it on my end....only for it to happen again on another design.

I did one month at a cheaper rate, but cancelled after that.

As long as you are ok with errors and correcting them yourself and not getting exactly what you hoped for, you’ll be ok. But if you have precise ideas, these are not the guys to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
